Please believe me when I say this is honestly the worse location! There’s a reason why they barely have customers! I’m a Baskin girl despite all these fad drinks like boba or PSL. I love me some Baskin Robbins. However, this location never makes any of the drinks I’ve ordered from there for the 3 times I’ve been there! The only reason I even went there the 3rd time after giving them a second chance and failing, is because my go to takeout resto is close to this location! They either water down their fruit puree base or skimping on them on EVERY order!!! Plus they don’t fill up the whole cup like every other Baskin location I’ve been to. You would think that with them not filling it all the way up that the drinks would taste better, but no! They are cheating customers of their money so please go to a different location or you’ll end up throwing that $10 away after taking a sip! Also, I could overlook the rudeness from the workers if only they make the drinks correctly because I care more about the drinks over the worker’s attitude.

It’s nice to have 2 choices Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins together. Baskin Icecream is the perfect Icecream and they have plenty of options including the cakes we go on Sundays and have family time
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of space nice area to eat they are great with my grandkids and they give the pups a little whipped cream in the drive thru
Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t have a wheel chair but I have a walker and they have a door. But I wish they had at least 1 automatic door

Update-i stopped in the store to speak with a mgr, who his in the bathroom after another employee informed her that a customer wanted to speak to her. That same employee let me know the owners NEVER come there & aren't involved in the day-to-day operations. Since the emails & corporate didn't compel them to respond, I'm going to forward everything to IPHD.??????????????????AVOID THIS LOCATION BECAUSE THEY WILL POISON YOU!!!!!Visited on May 25th & it was a horrible decision. First the girl said they don't have strawberries for the banana split, but when she came back, she said they actually did. Well I wish she never found them, because they were spoiled & made me sick! Newsflash...strawberries aren't maroon! Thankfully I realized when I took the first bite. ??

I arrived at 9:45pm and was told they weren't serving anything because they were closing soon. It's posted to close at 10pm. They should change the post to closed at 9:45pm.

Amazing customer service. We were immediately greeted when we entered the establishment. It was a real friendly and welcoming experience. he restaurant is very clean and the staff is very welcoming and kind, portions are average and the price is to be expected for Baskin Robbins.

Just went through the drive-thru, ordered one scoop of strawberry ice cream in a cup. The young boy with the bald head, grey sweater, charged me $4.28. I gave him a 5 dollar bill with 28 cents… this young boy gave me an attitude as to why I was giving him change since I was handing him a 5 dollar bill…is this really our new “gen z”. Learn your math buddy

Fantastic chocolates! Very friendly staff. I like that you can build your own chocolate boxes and pick what you want. They also have ice cream.
