My Cali burrito was good, but small, not made fresh, and way overpriced. If you want to try something new, and like Chipotle, and West Coast style flavors (although this chain is from NJ)- go for it.
Its an interesting place with lots of customization options, but I will likely stick to the authentic texmex, with big portions, for half the cost.

High hopes for this restaurant, but on the disappointing side in some ways. We tried two burritos and the food was quite good. My burrito was a custom and was cold by the time we sat down to eat. Me I needs some vegan options. Space is wide open, with great music but a disconnect between furnishings and decor. Feels corporate bland but needs warmth - maybe add some wood furniture and/or some live plants.

The food at Bubbakoo’s is absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. This place has definitely become one of my favorites — I’ll absolutely be coming back again soon!
