Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

I placed an order in person. I used my fingers to count the amount of flavor sauces I wanted. I asked for 3. I only got 2. I didn’t mind the wait but now that I saw that I got 2 after I told the cashier my order, now I do mind the wait.

Ordered 10 wings, onion rings, and fried pickles. Received 10 wings and 4 orders of soft fried pickles. Check your bag thoroughly people. The cashier was nice, but whoever was bagging orders needs to pay attention. Almost $38 dollars, felt like it was a waste of money. You got me! Not returning!

I ordered 2 all American Bacon cheeseburger and they were NOT cooked to order...the meat & bacon were cooked days before & when I called to tell the manager he told me "they were made to order & maybe gotten cold on the way to me. . I have a video if you want to see" but the burgers & bacon were HARD AS HELL all the way through & even taste old. This was NOT from the food getting cold at all. I don't live far, 10min. Away. I've ordered the same thing twice before from the same location. Literally, these were cooked days ago & they just added on new condiments, pickles, lettuce etc. I think they'll only make it to order if you're there in person but ...Never again!!!

Food was on point I walked in as it was just coming out. Everything I ordered was in there. The beautiful big booty Latina was pleasant to deal with. The boys and I go here regularly never had an issue

Ordered by phone arrived at store 15 minutes later paid for my meal and waited for over a half hour only for them to realize my food had been sitting in the warmer for close to an hour.

The food seems to be rushed. My food was over cooked and tough and chewy. This isn’t the first time this has happened with this location. The employees clearly have no interest in making the food edible just rushing to get people out the door.

I asked if they had any promotions going on online or BOGO and I wasn’t able to check cause I was driving, they guy said no and when I checked they had a promotion that went with what I ordered. And when I ask he said it was online only sorry, very frustrating when giving false information.

I didn’t even know this location was here. Me and my siblings stopped and after Jersey mikes and we should’ve never spent our money here the light skin lady (manager) was very rude a customer made a order and never picked it up and she literally belittled the worker right in front of us. When we was placing our order she was yelling at us and gave major!!!!!!! Atticus after we wanted to know about the deal I asked her was she the manager she stated yes the food was hard and cold and I didn’t even want to come back to complain because of the bad service 0/10 don’t recommend

Buffalo go had a very nice dining experience. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly and they accommodated all of our special requests. The service was fast and I would definitely recommend to family friends or people in from out of town.
