I come here a lot a whole lot like every day almost the manger that’s a guy in the evening is awesome he always acknowledges his customers even if it’s busy not one day he has not on the other hand I came today because I had 15 min to spare before work the manger ximena pens Roger’s had me stand at the register for 6 min before she even acknowledged me her and a guy I asked hey is anyone working the register no one reply’s she continue to work the drive thru looks me dead in my eyes and proceed to take 4 customers before me I then asked again was anyone working the register she then says oh yes I’m sorry I told her your not because you looked at me and didn’t say anything not even one minute I’ll will be with you it’s very frustrating as a customer who speaks highly on this location my experience was terrible today .also made me 20 late for work

Huge shoutout to Henry at Crestwood location! You could tell he works really hard. If he wasn’t cleaning and organizing, he was checking with all the customers if they needed anything. Very clean location and friendly staff. Thanks Henry!!

I’m very disappointed today. This place has been my favorite place out of all the fast food restaurants cause the food always fresh and hot but the last few times I’ve been getting cold soggy chicken sandwich and the fries They were crumbs in small pieces. I don’t know if they start to go down with the quality I hope not.

The food is always served with a friendly smile and is delicious. I've placed small orders and larger orders for my staff at work and they get it right EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Food is fresh - the place is clean - the employees are superb. We have enjoyed the seasonal chicken sandwiches, along with the Chik-fil-A standard selections. The fries are always freshly made and served hot; not overly salted either. We are huge fans of the lemonade - both diet and regular. I don't usually drink anything with sugar, but I am hooked on the lemonade! Lastly, FABIAN provides friendly, professional service ALWAYS!!

Me and my husband stopped by for lunch. The chicken nugget meal and the spicy chicken sandwich meal were both fresh and hot. Great service. Polite staff.
