The manager was nice and explained the situation. The app said to pull forward and will be right out. But was unclear on where to pull forward so I had to wait for my food for 30 minutes. It said 6:51 and my food wasn’t ready until 7:22

Very disappointing experience at this location. My sandwich was made incorrectly, and the shift leader, Naysa, told me it was my fault. When I asked for a refund, she handed me a receipt, said “you’re all set,” and walked away. After driving off, I realized it wasn’t a refund receipt. When I called the store, she said maybe she forgot to tell me it was a remake receipt, no apology at all. Extremely rude and unprofessional, especially for a shift leader.

I commend the staff for their courtesy, attention to cleanliness and fresh food served. I had to ask a worker to remind the kids in the play-scape of the height and age limit. She didn't hesitate to respond. Thank you for well trained staff. A sign should be posted on the door like the one at many other chick-fil-A locations.....

The encounter I experienced with Jose was horrible. I simply asked. Could I have my order in two separate bags I was met with attitude and complete rudeness. It was only eight minutes after you all open and I believe I was the third customer so I don’t understand what the hostility and attitude was for the bags were handed out the window and he turned away without a word. After working overnight shift, I’m pretty sure I should be the one with the attitude and short patience. The order he made was also not right he just threw everything for one order in both bags wasting company’s product. There was nothing to differentiate the two orders and he knew that. I’ve been to this location before and have never had an issue. I’ve been to other Chick-fil-A locations that I’ve never had a issue before however this was the worst experience I have ever had with Chick-fil-A. When I tell you the look on that man’s face looked like he wanted to cause me physical harm. I just legitimately don’t understand and I really don’t feel like he needs to be working with the public if he’s going to be in those types of moods. It’s very unsettling, I don’t know if it’s because I’m a female. I don’t know if it’s because I’m black, but I don’t appreciate it. I did not enjoy my meal, I spent the next 30 minutes trying to figure out why I pissed off Jose so much by just asking for a separate bag. I started to go back and ask for my money back, but I felt too uncomfortable. I won’t be returning. VANESSA YOU WERE GREAT THOUGH!

I stopped with my fencing team during a two hour bus trip, worried it would take forever because they were moderately busy, but we had our food and were on the road again in 5-10 minutes. Plus, the workers there were so nice and wished us a good day!
I like going for doordash,it usually be a nice offer to go and the staff help you quickly if they can.

This was my first time visiting this location and I have to say their one mobile lane and drive thru lane is so ridiculous. There were no cars and i asked the gentleman if i could just order because i didn’t know there were two separate lanes and he refused, made me turn around when there’s literally no one there that could have prevented him to take my order. I drove off, so disappointing.
