I ordered food and the food was so cold and the Service was very rude and dab thay charge me first I didn't order so it was really bad And I saw a Modeon my food

My husband went to get breakfast today and got my 5 year old a chocolate milk my son starts drinking it and he immediately tells us he doesn't want to continue to drink it I immediately asked him why? He said because it doesn't taste good. I inspected the milk, the milk bottle has spills all over I went ahead and smelled it it smells really bad it has a thick consistency and bubbles. I'm extremely upset. If anyone is getting their kids milk from chik fil a please inspect their milk because this is unbelievable the expiration date on the milk was for 8/15/25 and the manager was questioning me over the phone if I'm sure it's bad because they don't have expired milks. I think with the hot days we have been having I'm so sure they left the case of milk out and didn't put it in the cooler in a timely manner and they spoiled.
