This chipotle is suppose to close at 11pm so I’m just trying to understand why the staff starts shutting things down and taking away food at 10pm? Just close at 10pm

FINGERNAIL IN MY BURRITO. My Steak burrito was cooked fine but it had a fingernail in it. It was super gross, the night manager was unfriendly and all the fountain drinks were shut down at 9:15 so they could just get out of there faster or something at 11 when it closes. Ive given this place a 5 star review before but that was when I used to come eat during the day. I agree with the other reviews that there needs to be probably a change in staff for the night shift. Like I get a hair ending up in food once in a while but a fingernail? Really?

Chipotle is Chipotle. What I was not a fan of was the service. They were rushing the line and seemed annoyed every time I asked for another topping. I noticed the same treatment for my coworker who was there with me. The cashier was not patient enough to allow me to log back into the app to get credit for my purchase. At other locations, they don't mind. The app logs out occasionally. Also, Chipotle is not new, I really would like them to drop the attitude when sharing what costs extra, making someone aware of the additional cost isn't the problem, it's the tone they use. Another thing both my coworker and I noticed from the staff.

Always an issue at night.
Every time I come here during the evening, it’s something. They never have lettuce or cheese — it’s rare that you can even get it after 7 o’clock. I wouldn’t recommend going around that time at all. Tonight, I asked for a receipt and the girl at the counter gave me attitude just because I asked her to repeat herself — I simply didn’t hear her the first time. The food was nasty too. The rice tasted old, like it had been sitting out all day, and it was clumped together and hard. Customer service and food quality really need to improve at night. Do better.

There getting so damn lazy it was 9pm and yall close at 11 and wouldnt make more meet mind you it’s a long line it’s ridiculous
Ordered a steak burrito and a honey chicken bowl. The honey chicken bowl was really good. However, the steak burrito was hardly a steak burrito. It was more like a rice burrito with 2 pieces of steak and no flavor!!!!

Rude staff, burritos are always horribly wrapped, maybe 10 chips come in a bag of chips - super small portion sizes. the staff acts like you're bothering them when you give your order, its just by far the worst chipotle that exists. I promise you, and if you dont believe me, then i encourage you to try it out and you'll see exactly what i mean. Definitely skip this and go to one of the other mexican spots down the road.

I haven't been here in a minute. I heard they started skimping on their portions. Not when I was there. I must say these guys did not disappoint. My burrito was ginormous. And honestly one of the best burritos I've ever had. The people behind the counter were very helpful and attentive. Shout out to Jojo.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5
The food at this Chipotle is always solid, and the customer service is great, but the cleanliness is a major issue. Every single time I’ve gone—whether it’s during lunch or dinner—the tables are dirty, and they’re always out of something. No napkins, no forks, no straws… something is always missing. It makes it hard to enjoy the food there, so I usually just take my order and leave. I haven’t even checked out the restroom because, honestly, if the dining area is this bad, I don’t want to know what the bathroom looks like.
That said, they do have high chairs for kids, and it’s kid-friendly in the sense that it’s Chipotle—you can bring your kid, but there’s no play area or anything special for them. Parking is free and there’s plenty of it, but getting in can be a hassle because of the traffic on Cicero.
Would I recommend it? If you’re getting your food to-go, absolutely. The food is good, and the service is solid. But if you’re looking for a clean spot to sit down and eat, maybe go during off-hours when it’s (hopefully) cleaner.

This place has a drive-thru pickup. I love being able to place an order online and not having to go in to get my order. Make sure you read the tag on the bag. I have gotten the wrong food twice.
