Chipotle Mexican Grill

I haven't been here in a minute. I heard they started skimping on their portions. Not when I was there. I must say these guys did not disappoint. My burrito was ginormous. And honestly one of the best burritos I've ever had. The people behind the counter were very helpful and attentive. Shout out to Jojo.

This place was pretty bad, place was dirty and unorganized. Ran out of ingrediants at 5pm on a saturday. Customer service was snotty after i told her the carnitas looked like garbage and didnt want to pay for it. Overpriced bullshit. Wouldnt recommend

The food at this Chipotle is always solid, and the customer service is great, but the cleanliness is a major issue. Every single time I’ve gone—whether it’s during lunch or dinner—the tables are dirty, and they’re always out of something. No napkins, no forks, no straws… something is always missing. It makes it hard to enjoy the food there, so I usually just take my order and leave. I haven’t even checked out the restroom because, honestly, if the dining area is this bad, I don’t want to know what the bathroom looks like.

That said, they do have high chairs for kids, and it’s kid-friendly in the sense that it’s Chipotle—you can bring your kid, but there’s no play area or anything special for them. Parking is free and there’s plenty of it, but getting in can be a hassle because of the traffic on Cicero.

Would I recommend it? If you’re getting your food to-go, absolutely. The food is good, and the service is solid. But if you’re looking for a clean spot to sit down and eat, maybe go during off-hours when it’s (hopefully) cleaner.

This place has a drive-thru pickup. I love being able to place an order online and not having to go in to get my order. Make sure you read the tag on the bag. I have gotten the wrong food twice.

Food was basic but the guy literally gave me a full spoon of steak and less than a half spoon of chicken and wanted to charge me double meat.... Where the rest of my damn scoop then?? I'm not even that person but he almost took me there. I see why ppl crash out at Chipotle. This location makes you want to leave the whole chain alone!

Can we please get some new management here? They’re always out of something supposedly how is it 3 o’clock in the afternoon and you’re out of Barbacoa for the day out of fajita veggies for the day and no tortillas for the rest of the day why are you even open? Why do I even try to come here anymore? It’s always the same.

Food was good but charging 2.50 for a little spoonful of guacamole is insane. Other than that loved the meal and staff was decent for a fast food worker as most hate they jobs they just doing it to pay the bills. A happy friendly attitude when touching my food is needed regardless or I ain't eating it. Energy transfers are real. Will be back but give the guacamole included in the meal my goodness.

Ordered the chicken bowl, 1st of all the chicken looked abnormal not the usual chicken from chipotle but hey im working i need a place to eat real quick overrall the chicken was nasty af .

Horrible place to order from, they let you order online but get there and orders are still taking more than half hour to be hand out, if you ask they answer with an attitude telling you you have to wait. Why take online orders if you wont dispatch them? Seem unprofessional, had to leave my food after work because i ran out of time
