I came here to get a meal 2 hours from when they were supposed to close and they said into accepting online orders. Waste of time.

Female with glasses on I believe was Manager on duty today. She was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to a elderly customer. The manager was short tempered. She way out of order. She also refused to give me food after I stood up for the elderly lady she was being rude to. Hopefully this is her last shift as a manager because ain’t way chipotle would allow that negativity at they’re establishment.

Got there when they were supposed to open at 10:45 they didn't open until 10:50. Once in I still had to wait to be served because they still were not setup. After I finally got served as if I hadn't waited long enough the server called for the cashier 3 times while she continued to do other things. When she finally came to the register and I mentioned all of the wait time she blamed me for getting there right when they opened admitting they weren't setup then rudely asked me if I wanted my food or not. The nerve of her the same food I waited an extra 5 minutes at the door and another 3-5 minutes for you to decide to ring me out? OF COURSE I WANTED IT! But with that RUDE attitude now I don't! At that point I told her no and left. Now im even hungrie than i was when I got there and will NEVER go there again. She was a short lady with glasses possibly the manager but I truly hope not.

Extremely skimpy portions. Missing items in bag (guacamole). Cashier called to the kitchen for large bags of chips and was informed that they were out. There were more than 10 small bags available. We had to suggest as nonemployees to combine two small bags to make a large. Overcharged for what was initially given (charged for two large bags of chips and were given two small bags. Quickly corrected.). They appeared to be low on a lot of items. Fast service, but with no care to details. Highly recommend a different location.

It's been about 2 years since I've been to chipotle, lemme say, I haven't missed out!!! If u wanna pay $12 for a mediocre BLAND tasting burrito or bowl, then u got the right place! If u have a Bubakoos burritos near you, save your money and go to Bubakoos.

Burrito from here was tiny and tasted so bad my dog even spit it out. Also they are always missing random stuff like chips or cheese later in the evening. Don’t go here there’s a good chance you’ll be disappointed as the chipotle of impossible to get a rerun from and you will want one.

had nothing. no drinks no chips no sour cream no salsa. place was dirty. from the food area to where the fountain drinks are.. straws and containers cups and caps all over. wrongfully charging. ive been to chipotle a million times never payed 55$ for 1 burrito and 2 bowls..its a bunch of CHILDREN working. worst chipotle. no organization. all over the place.

Will not return.Employee forgot to put an item in my bag, didn't notice until I got home.Employee speaking bad about other employees and how she runs her shifts better.Portions are scarce, even the rice which is the most inexpensive food.Those are my 3 strikes, something unpleasant everytime I visit.

Don’t eat here!!! FOOD POISONING and it’s hard to get your money back! I only ate a little and got sick. Barely no chicken and I asked for double portion. If I hadn’t ordered through Uber I’d probably would’ve went off.
