So I miss the pot roast dinner from Culvers so I decided to make my own. I ordered the pot roast sandwich and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. I took the sandwich apart and it had about the same amount of beef on it that was in the dinner. It worked out perfectly.

The food is hot and fresh but that was not the reason for this review. The level of customer service we received today was top notch! 🙌🏼 My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to find better service than what we’ve received in local non fast food restaurants. Competitors in the area need to take notes from the team that was working this afternoon because they are on to something! 👏🏼

They got the order wrong 3 times. First one I let it go. Second they promised to send me coupons. I never got them. Third time I livid! Manger was very sorry and accommodating. Unlike Portillo. They give a rats ass. I only do all these fast food for my husband. I don't care for fast food.

The incredible service that Addison and Aylin provided straight up changed my brain chemistry. They were so absolutely sweet to me, paying me compliments when I looked like I was down. It really did make a difference in my day. I look forward to returning to this location in the future 🫶🏻
