This is one Great place to take your family! The customer service is wonderful & patient even offered to help with my autistic daughter. I enjoy family friendly places like this....
So I miss the pot roast dinner from Culvers so I decided to make my own. I ordered the pot roast sandwich and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. I took the sandwich apart and it had about the same amount of beef on it that was in the dinner. It worked out perfectly.
The food is hot and fresh but that was not the reason for this review. The level of customer service we received today was top notch! 🙌🏼 My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to find better service than what we’ve received in local non fast food restaurants. Competitors in the area need to take notes from the team that was working this afternoon because they are on to something! 👏🏼
