I normally always go to this one since it’s right by my job. It typically always amazing customer service and for the most part my order it always correct. But I’m not sure how long this old man been working over night or I’m not sure if he needs a nap but he has the worse customer service ever and don’t know how to talk to people. I wanted the cookie butter ice coffee but I wanted made like the cookie butter latte which is just with the cold foam and cookie butter topping. He had the audacity to tell me I can’t have that choose one either you want the cookie butter latte or the cookie butter ice coffee like what? I always ordered it just like that it never had an issue. It’s just how u talk to people and for him saying that I just left the drive thru I didn’t even want anything.

I am a regular at Dunkin, this one particularly since I work next door. Not trying to be rude but majority of Dunkin locations usually mess my coffee order up lol, however, the morning crew at this Dunkin is absolutely amazing and get it right EVERY single time. They deserve zero but unfortunately, Google does not give you the opportunity to be honest they lack communication, very dirty, but there’s always broken glass around the drive-through entrance and exit be careful of getting a flat tire very much not helpful. The customer was outside. The store is not my problemon top of everything. Check your food before you head out there. They don’t put everything in there and whoever is working there, definitely definitely do not care about their job the way they treat the customers also shows that they have never worked selling anything before.
