This is response to my review and the answer to whoever replied just look at what you responded makes no sense . You must be the so called manager that kept muting me yes I would never go or order from this place like I said nothing gets resolved and your reply says it all . Good day

As soon as I walked in the cashier gave me an evil look and was giving me an evil look the entire time I ordered my food it made me very uncomfortable this is my first time coming here but she was very unpleasant speaking very low and just looking as if she doesn’t want to be at work it’s just not a good look for business

Cashier don’t pay attention always on the phone and charge me the regular price for a 4 wings which it suppose to be the lunch special price of $6.99 regular price $9.29
Then somebody she knows comes in and order the 4wings and she gave him the special price …. Four wings special from 10:30a til 1:30pm

To make a long story short this place is a rip off and I had to call Uber to get my money back and now I'm ordering from Starks because who orders two jalapenos someone should have called me these people don't use common sense

The customer service is horrible!!!! I placed a order online received text messages that my order was ready. I get there they tell me they don't see my order. I said ok I need a refund. I showed her proof that I paid and the lady at the front desk didn't want to give me a refund and not take accountability. Dont come here!! Or come at your own risk. I should've know this place is bs bc they didn't have any customers. Now I have to dispute this with the bank!!!

My friends and I visit this location on 10/25/25. Great service from Jamie if I remember that was the bartender/server name. She was 100% awesome the only bartender there. Everything was going great DJ awesome and all. We had been there for about 1 hour or 2 before the cook walked off the job before fulfilling the entire party food order. Jamie didnt show any sign of stress she kept it together and kept apologizing the other guy(comedian)forgot his name was a big help. The security guard stepped in as well, the all kept my friends and myself informed and called in someone to come finish cooking for us whom never received our order. Our food wasn't as pleasant as our other friends but they tried their best to keep us satisfied. I just wanna thank Jamie and the rest of the crew for keeping it professional while keeping us all satisfied❤️see you on 11/15 Jamie & Crew

I have patronized this location for many years and today I will no longer, the quality has gone drastically down. The incompetence of basic chicken knowledge and customer service is laughable. The chicken taste like it was cooked in grease from the B.C. era.
I placed my order over the phone had to repeat my order several times as the young lady fumble not knowing the pieces of chicken from a half a chicken to a quarter white. I gave it 1 star if I could have given negative stars I would have. If you still are willing to brave patronizing this place. Please Check your orders before leaving don't trust them giving you good customer service.

Never miss… I enter, order my food, go to the bar… as I enjoy my delicious cocktail while waiting wait. Delivered straight to the bar, my food was hot and fresh… definitely one of my favorite places to go 🥰
