Food was amazing and service was amazing. Only suggestion would be to play music - we were the only people there so it felt so quiet and even whispering felt like I was being loud. Still not taking away any stars because of how good the food was

First time coming to this IHOP and I was honestly surprised by how good everything was. The service was great my server was on point and the manager even came by to check in, which I really appreciated. I ordered the T-Bone steak and it came out cooked just right, with good portions and flavor. Overall, just a solid experience. I’ll definitely be back.

First time trying IHOP in a while and I was really impressed. My server Tony was super friendly and helpful, made me feel right at home. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler and everything came out hot and fresh pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, all of it was on point. Didn’t expect it to hit like that, but it really did. Definitely coming back soon.

Had a great experience at IHOP. My server Ricky was really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. I ordered the Big Steak Omelet and it came out hot, fresh, and loaded exactly what I was craving. The food was great, the service was quick, and the whole place had a relaxed, comfortable vibe. Definitely plan on coming back.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES OR AN INTOLERANCE! So, came here because I know they have gluten friendly items. Our server was Enrique.
I specifically asked for Gluten-Friendly Pancakes due to my allergy to wheat! Thank God this is a minor food allergy that causes abdominal swelling & not the serious ones that require an epipen with an ambulance ride! So, I had to take an allergy pill & a gluten cutter afterwards. I have a loud voice that carries as well.
This server was definitely spaced out! Took a long time to get back to us to order our food.
What is sad is that I'm a retired Licensed Massage Therapist so I usually tip high! But, this server was so nonchalant about it when this could have resulted in some serious consequences! We still gave him a $10 tip as we understand servers make little money.
In addition, the drinks didn't match the poster. The pineapple & strawberries were way smaller than shown.
All of that could have been overlooked, but the server acted like it was no big deal! Note to self, don't go back to IHOP!

Yesterday I had my family come all the way from Michigan 4 hours took them to IHOP when we first walk in the guy with glasses black curly that took us to the table was really rude he ask us how many people we told him 7 people were trying to come out in he was still figuring out where we can sit he told us get out out off the way like hello if u would be quicker we would be seated an out of the way that was not nice to say I'm disappointed on that point

The blueberry pancakes and sausage were delicious, I definitely recommend. Our waiter was great, food came out fast and order was correct. Eggs were decent but I wasn't a fan of the bacon.

I have been a regular customer at this location and have always had positive experiences—until today. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. I, Charmaine L, do not eat beef or pork, and I specifically ordered an omelette with turkey bacon and avocado. My server, who was wonderful and provided excellent service, brought my concern to the manager, Savanah, after I tasted the bacon and believed it was a mix of regular and turkey. My daughter, who does eat pork, also noticed the difference.

When Savanah came to our table, she insisted it was turkey bacon without offering a solution, an apology, or even acknowledging our concern—then simply walked away. After paying for my meal, I requested the franchise owner's contact information at the check-in desk. Instead of providing assistance, Savanah was called over and dismissively pointed to a sign behind me with an 855 number, then walked away, saying, "Whatever" in front of employees, my daughter, and other customers.

This response was not only unprofessional but also rude and unnecessary. It was disappointing to see a manager behave this way, especially when I have always enjoyed dining at this location. Upon looking at other reviews, I noticed similar complaints about this manager, which should be taken into account when considering staffing decisions. I hope this matter is addressed, as respectful customer service is essential for maintaining a positive dining experience. I do want to reiterate that my experience beforehand with the server was great, and she was compensated for her service irregardless of the interaction had with management.

I will never eat here again . The manager lady with all the makeup on or whoever she is , is EXTREMELY rude . I came in about a delivery order and I was politely talking to a young lady in the front and then she came up with very negative energy and an attitude and she told me they weren’t gonna correct my order. I don’t understand why she had to be so rude about it . I ordered it again and made sure it was correct but I’d rather take my money somewhere I'm appreciated and respected . The manager needs to be fired . There are other negative reviews about her as well I don’t know why this franchise still has her there. I’m going back to Denny’s .
