Yesterday I had my family come all the way from Michigan 4 hours took them to IHOP when we first walk in the guy with glasses black curly that took us to the table was really rude he ask us how many people we told him 7 people were trying to come out in he was still figuring out where we can sit he told us get out out off the way like hello if u would be quicker we would be seated an out of the way that was not nice to say I'm disappointed on that point

The blueberry pancakes and sausage were delicious, I definitely recommend. Our waiter was great, food came out fast and order was correct. Eggs were decent but I wasn't a fan of the bacon.
I have been a regular customer at this location and have always had positive experiences—until today. Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing. I, Charmaine L, do not eat beef or pork, and I specifically ordered an omelette with turkey bacon and avocado. My server, who was wonderful and provided excellent service, brought my concern to the manager, Savanah, after I tasted the bacon and believed it was a mix of regular and turkey. My daughter, who does eat pork, also noticed the difference.
When Savanah came to our table, she insisted it was turkey bacon without offering a solution, an apology, or even acknowledging our concern—then simply walked away. After paying for my meal, I requested the franchise owner's contact information at the check-in desk. Instead of providing assistance, Savanah was called over and dismissively pointed to a sign behind me with an 855 number, then walked away, saying, "Whatever" in front of employees, my daughter, and other customers.
This response was not only unprofessional but also rude and unnecessary. It was disappointing to see a manager behave this way, especially when I have always enjoyed dining at this location. Upon looking at other reviews, I noticed similar complaints about this manager, which should be taken into account when considering staffing decisions. I hope this matter is addressed, as respectful customer service is essential for maintaining a positive dining experience. I do want to reiterate that my experience beforehand with the server was great, and she was compensated for her service irregardless of the interaction had with management.

I will never eat here again . The manager lady with all the makeup on or whoever she is , is EXTREMELY rude . I came in about a delivery order and I was politely talking to a young lady in the front and then she came up with very negative energy and an attitude and she told me they weren’t gonna correct my order. I don’t understand why she had to be so rude about it . I ordered it again and made sure it was correct but I’d rather take my money somewhere I'm appreciated and respected . The manager needs to be fired . There are other negative reviews about her as well I don’t know why this franchise still has her there. I’m going back to Denny’s .

The food here is parallel to most ihops that i’ve eaten at before in the fact that it’s very good but the customer service, specifically by the manager savannah, will be the only reason why i will never eat here ever again. Was accidentally charged 2 separate times by mistake from my young server (which is understandable to an extent) but it was how Savannah took 0 accountability nor showed any compassion for the 100 dollars that was charged to my account and told me to call my bank to get it sorted out if i had any other concerns after i had clearly showed her the 2 identical withdrawals from ihop. If i ran my recording studio how she ran her ihop location in crestwood, i would never have any returning customers and receive major backlash and it seems as if this location is starting to experience this kind of reality with their prior customers because it is not the same that it used to be and i could not believe she acted as if there wasn’t any issue with what had happened. (it’s been 9 business days and i’ve yet to receive a refund from my bank)

Unprofessional and rude staff. The food preparation is terrible. Few months ago it was nice place but I came second time in this week and something wrong with this place. Not recommend ever! I am very happy to visit your restaurant in other states and locations, but what happened yesterday at this place is terrible. I was kicked out by the manager Savannah just because I wanted to eat while sitting by the window. Unfortunately, as long as such a manager runs the staff and this establishment, I will not return to this place!
