Nothing but good things to say about this place and the staff. Was greeted before 1 foot was in the door!! Not just freaky fast but freaky nice and courteous too!!! Never an issue with this location or its staff!!!

Im not sure who they are hiring for delivery but my delivery was so unprofessional . I had already had the delivery error sorted out over the phone and the delivery driver came and berated me getting really nasty in the lobby. Ridiculous ! I felt so uncomfortable having a grown man yell at me accusing me of hanging up when it was the wrong number. Honest mistake and he took the oppurtunity to be so disgusting about it .

Sandwiches are delicious!!!Just need more sides because everybody can't eat them hard potato chips especially older people. Get some mac and cheese or crinkle cut french fries or Onion rings that would be real nice with them delicious sandwiches.😍🫶

I called on the phone during dinner time and the manager was very pleasant still. I ordered a Toasted club tuna cut in half, a small baked potato salad, a quarter pickle and a barbecue potato chip delivered. When it came, it was all delicious!!! I usually order the BLT, but the same I ordered the tuna and it was just as good as the BLT if not better. I will order it again!

Boyfriend picked me up a veggie sandwich to help me get through a 12+ hour shift for an event on friday.
The bread was still doughy and the cheese was shoved halfway in and therefore only on one side there was avocado squished out all into the wrapper and across the entire underside- just the sloppiest mess I’ve ever received in my life.
Begging this location to pay your employees more so they’re incentivized to care even a little bit about what they’re giving people, because the amount of effort you’re currently willing to invest in rewarding people for their time is costing you customers and long term profits.
The sandwiches were good but the order wasn't ready when promised and sandwich was not cut in half as requested.

This is genuinely one of the best Jimmy John's around. The evening shift employees (two female workers) are very cordial & friendly. I get off of work late & always appreciate a well-crafted sandwich for dinner, and they always get the order right. The app is convenient, I have been utilizing it for years. Some JJ locations are a hit or miss but I never had an issue here. My experience is anecdotal after all, but consistency undeniably counts for something! 🥖

Manager Peter is very unprofessional. Took my order and payment over the phone when I specifically asked if they were using their drivers or uber, he said theirs. I told him because I do not want to order if you are using uber, proceeds with taking my order and payment and ofcourse I instantly get a text informing me my delivery is being done by uber. The last 2 times I ordered from them and they sent and uber driver the uber drivers were calling me lost, did not speak any English, and my sandwiches never arrived. How frustrating. Instead of rushing the call, put me on hold, check with your driver to confirm they would be okay to make the delivery before taking my order and payment. Now will wait 3-5 business days for a refund and no lunch while my 1 year old naps. COOL!
