This place has the worst service! Employees not friendly, you get the wrong order and they never answer the phone!!! The place is dirty and it just need better management! If you could do a different Cesar’s do it!! This place is a waste of time and money!!!

I went to Little Caesars and ordered a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza when he gave me the pizza the cheese pizza was burned I asked for a new pizza when he finally gave me the pizza the pizza was terrible barely put any cheese on it it was flat as a pancake. The store was disgustingly dirty especially where they keep the sauces at it was disgustingly dirty and filthy. Either shut that Little Caesars down or get new management. Because this Little Caesars at night fell off really bad. I came there Saturday evening about 9:30 p.m.8/16/25.😡😱

The worst place to order pizza I placed an order today at noon for my sons party to pick up at 5pm I got email confirmation at 5:05pm that it was ready for Pick Up Got here at 5:30pm and they had nothing ready but took my payment at noon this place is absolutely ridiculous the customer service is so horrible and all the staff in there are lazy and have not a clue on what there doing nor how to treat a paying customer…. Don’t give them ur time of day nor ur business 🤮

I ordered online. The estimated pickup time was 6:15 and I did not get my order til almost 7. There were more than 20 people ahead of me, it was chaos, people fighting because everyone was fed up with the wait. No one at the counter for extended periods of time. My friend tried calling the store and after waiting 20+ minutes there was still no answer and hung up. I finally got home with my order and one of the pizzas was wrong, instead of the stuffed pretzel crust we paid extra for it was regular thin crust and the crazy puffs were overcooked.

Ordered a pizza, they didn't follow the instructions it was ordered with then argued with us about it not being made wrong. We had the receipt showing what we had ordered even!
All the food was cold and stale aside from the pizza we had them remake. Not going back. Not worth it.

Fresh pizza and ready for pickup on time
On Saturday, April 26, I used the app to place an order. Since the app uses DoorDash for delivery, a driver named James arrived with the wrong order — it even had a completely different name on it. As he was driving away, my husband waved him down, and he came back. We explained that the order wasn’t ours, and he told us that it was what Little Caesars had given him. My husband asked, “So you didn’t even check the name on the order?” The driver responded that he would take the pizzas back to Little Caesars and return with the correct ones.
Unfortunately, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. An hour passed and he never came back.
I tried calling Little Caesars, but no one answered. I then contacted the support number listed on the app, and they said they would request a refund on my behalf. Today, when I called for an update, I was told the refund request had been declined — with no explanation as to why. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but no one was available, and I was told I’d have to wait for a callback.
Eventually, I was informed that the issue was not the app’s responsibility but Little Caesars’, and that they didn’t have access to the payment information. I then attempted to contact Little Caesars corporate, but again, no one answered.
April is an unprofessional manager. She was extremely rude when I told her that my order was wrong. The store was not clean and the food was cold.
