Every review of this place is so accurate, place order over an hour and a half ago you get there 20 people in the lobby waiting ask for my food they say they need another 25 minutes which obviously I’m not waiting
Tell them to refund me and cancel the order and they say that you have to do it online when they know there’s no option to do it online once the employee is called out on that cancel the order with no problem through the register for an instant refund
This place is a joke of an establishment just go to Domino’s

Had paid about 70 dollars just for my food to say ready but when I get there the tel haven’t even started making my food so I asked why it said it was ready they told me it’s because they were busy so they would get started on it I waited for about 3 hours then they closed saying they were done for the night so no food for me or the others that was waiting worst place to get pizza ever

Yesterday, November 1 I placed an order for delivery. I placed the order at about 3:30 PM And the delivery time was for 5:45 PM.
I got a text at 5:12 PM saying my food would be delivered between 5:31PM and 5:41PM. My DoorDash driver got there at 5:30 and he ended up canceling around 7PM So a new DoorDash driver was sent and the food did not get delivered until 7:24 PM. I waited almost 2 hours for the pizza and when it got delivered There was no sauce hardly any sausage on the sausage pizza. It should have not taken two hours to make a cheese pizza and a sausage pizza.
This store is always shortstaffed, but I’ve never seen it. This bad. I called to get a refund and luckily I did. Corporate needs to send help to the store because it’s not fair to the workers to be bombarded with orders and not have enough staff or managers there I made a complaint to corporate that they need to address these issues.

I placed my order NOVEMBER 1 2025 through the app over an hour before arriving, but when I got there, my pizza wasn’t even made yet. The store was completely unorganized, with no manager present and only a few staff members trying to handle a crowd of frustrated customers.
I ended up waiting nearly two hours for my online order, and when I finally got home, the pizza was UNCOOKED . Many people in the store were also canceling orders or complaining about the same problems.
This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I hope corporate steps in and fixes the staffing and management issues at this location. I definitely dispute that & got my money back. If anything go to another location is really something about THIS LOCATION.

I went to Little Caesars and ordered a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza when he gave me the pizza the cheese pizza was burned I asked for a new pizza when he finally gave me the pizza the pizza was terrible barely put any cheese on it it was flat as a pancake. The store was disgustingly dirty especially where they keep the sauces at it was disgustingly dirty and filthy. Either shut that Little Caesars down or get new management. Because this Little Caesars at night fell off really bad. I came there Saturday evening about 9:30 p.m.8/16/25.😡😱
The worst place to order pizza I placed an order today at noon for my sons party to pick up at 5pm I got email confirmation at 5:05pm that it was ready for Pick Up Got here at 5:30pm and they had nothing ready but took my payment at noon this place is absolutely ridiculous the customer service is so horrible and all the staff in there are lazy and have not a clue on what there doing nor how to treat a paying customer…. Don’t give them ur time of day nor ur business 🤮
