Nonna's GoodLife Pizza Crestwood

Had a horrible experience at Nonnas Crestwood. I placed my order a day in advance and chose 12:15pm pick up time so I could have time to bring the stadium pizza to my children's school at 12:30pm (lunch time) When I arrived at Nonnas I was told it would be 20 more minutes so it would be ready at 12:35. At 12:35 I asked if it was almost ready they told me it would be 15 more minutes. So 12:50 it would be ready when the kids at school only have until 1pm for lunch. At this time they told me they had a half pepperoni half sausage ready if I wanted to take it. The one I ordered was half pepperoni half cheese. Because some children do not eat meat. I called the school and they told me to just bring whatever was available. When I arrived at the school the pizza was cold (I dont know how long it had been sitting there) on top of that the pizza was mixed pepperoni and sausage. I felt so bad for the children eating cold pizza and some of them not eating pizza at all because of the meat. This was a horrible experience that could have been avoided.

Always loved going to nonnas and get a giant slice of pizza and a fountain drink and squeezing in with my friends.

Conseulos is an ignorant assistant manager who couldn’t understand a simple order- lost customers- hope the owner realizes they’re losing money.

It's okay I wanted to try the pizza but mine was cold. All because my husband brought it to me and it was cold when he got it home. I bet it would have been great if I ate it hot. I might have to try it again.

Tacos use be so good. Second time i have been and the steak tacos have been bland. Nice service. Food hot

I asked the manager why they don't wear gloves she in turn told me love scary more germs than your actual hands and then turn around and wipe her nose with her back and her hand right in front of me so I wouldn't buy anything from this place and I wouldn't go to this place ever again

I rated this place 2 stars =1 For portion size + 1 for customer service. That's about it. The slices were terrible. So dry and doughy (too much crust, not enough of other ingredients)- bland sauce - equivalent to mall pizza. Much improvement is needed in the taste department. The trick here is the size of the portions but not worth it when it's a large nothing.

Recommended dishes: Slice of Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza Slice, Cheese and Sausage Pizza

$7.50 for cheese slice, comes with free small cup for soda. Can't really complain. Pizza tastes better than Little Caesars that's for sure.
