You will wait 30 mins+ for your food even with 2 other people in the drive thru. Every single time

Multiple times i have gone and pretty consistently poor service. Always seem to be out of stuff and say they're not making anymore even though they dont close for hours.

Meals are never prepared and one must have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the food to cook. This is the third time I went to this place and food just never is prepared.
Went to the drive thru yesterday and ordered teriyaki chicken. Paid at the window and asked for extra teriyaki sauce. I was told they had no teriyaki sauce. I figure ok, they are out of the packages of sauce for carry-out. When I go to eat my meal, there was no teriyaki sauce on the chicken either. How do you give someone teriyaki chicken with no teriyaki sauce on it? Shouldn't I have been told that when I ordered. Nope, wasn't told that. Anyway, very disappointing sub par meal.

I asked for a senior soda or senior discount. I was told I'd be given a 10 percent discount. Was not give either senior discount. I was charged for a medium. When I ordered a small . Cashier didn't know how to do a refund. He stated be cuz the coke had to be replaced it through him off. It's not my fault they didn't change the tank. I'd never come back to this location. Terrible customer service. Train your people. Why no manager on duty. Terrible

The dude at the window was giving attitude and the drive thru took 30 minutes to get my order and when my order was received the order was wrong

Idk what to say, found some clear tape, or piece of bag in my food , had to toss the whole meal away after eating through a quarter of it

Out order was disappointing to say the least. It was inaccurate and the quality was pretty bad. One of the plates was all white rice when it wad supposed to be half chow mein. The egg rolls were burnt. The shrimp that we requested be on the side due to an allergy was mixed in on the plate and we recieved only soy sauce when we ordered others. The fried rice also had way too much moisture and isn't what I remember. We rarely order from here and this won't have us coming back. No fortune cookies either.

Great customer service
I went to pick up an online order and when I got there I told them I was waiting on my order. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food and I realized that my food was just sitting there on the line for 20 minutes getting cold. When I informed them, they bagged my food and gave it to me. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. The food is supposed to be ready hot and fresh, not sitting for 20 minutes waiting to be served. Do not come here if you want food in a timely manner.
I ordered teriyaki chicken and it did NOT look or taste like chicken. The consistency was off too. Grossed me out so bad, I couldn't finish it
