Multiple times they've put chow mein instead of fried rice in the plate. Multiple times this has happened. Gotta get it together Crestwood panda. I expect terrible service at Crestwood Walmart close by, but not panda. Very disappointing.

I donāt know what happened to this Panda Express, but the quality has completely tanked. The rice was gummy and dry, the orange chicken was drowning in sauce with barely any actual chicken inside, and the teriyaki chicken was mostly fat. The vegetables were undercooked and way too hard. On top of that, the food is never hot or freshāit just sits there.
It also seems like they have a bunch of kids in the kitchen who donāt know what theyāre doing. Do they even taste the food before serving it? Because no way should gummy rice and overly sauced, low-quality chicken be passing as acceptable. This place has seriously gone downhill, and at this point, itās just not worth the money.

Ordered a plate with orange chicken and walnut shrimp. I got nothing but gamey orange chicken, still payed the premium price. The chow mein smelled like ammonia! Disgusting.

Pretty disappointed as this was one of the last good pandas. Ordered a family meal noodles, orange chicken, beef broccoli. The beef and broccoli was only broccoli and 3 pieces of meat. The noodles were only filled less then 3/4 of the way.
My family and I eat from here and we ended up catching food poisoning

Last time I order from hereā¦Iād rather drive elsewhere just to take business away from here so these people lose jobs but they canāt even read correctly

While I was eating my food I almost swallowed a thumb nail. But luckily I didnāt swallowed it otherwise I would have choked on the food. Overall the food was amazingly delicious.
