The food is decent. It's a pizza hut. You're not getting gourmet food. But the service is awful. I've ordered from this location a number of times and all but one time I've gotten my order an hour and a half later and it is luke warm at best. They need to get their crap together. The Domino's in Oak Forest is 10x better for service and food quality.

Whatever cashier was there at about 4:30 today was literally selecting a 15% tip for you before you could even read the prompt on the computer.
I was gonna tip anyways but that kind of behavior is deplorable.

The worst delivery experience that I have ever had with regard to a pizza delivery! The driver was rude, unprofessional and discourteous. She continued complaining to me about not being able to find me to where I could not reply without interrupting her. I called the store to leave feedback, and I was put on hold. At that point the driver located me at the clearly defined place on the delivery order. The store employee returned to the phone, and when I described my experience with the driver, the response was deadpan, "Sorry" then silence. Avoid this location; they are not interested in customer service!

Locations like this bring me back to the Pizza Hut franchise after so many disappointing experiences that other locations. Every time I came into this store I am greeted swiftly asked about my order and helped immediately. That's exactly what I want when I come here. To be able to go in and out and feel like a family member and not just a dollar.

One thing I can say is you can still get a okay amount of food for family with this place . I went in got the box it was good. It was just the pepperoni did not seem to be cooked all the way. The wings is always on point got to give you all that point. Most importantly that box everyone in my house was able to eat from it. I Really like the amount of sauce they put on the pizza I am a sauce queen overall I was happy I’m sure I am going back thanks Pizza Hut .

We ordered tonight and I have to say that I had the best service I've ever had with Pizza Hut. James was absolutely an amazing and such a pleasure that I can't wait to order again and maybe even do a pick up so I can meet him and hug him in person. He was that good. Looking forward to getting our order and enjoying a mommy daughter night with our food. Thank you, Pizza Hut.

Our location is the best! The food is great, never late, but the best is the way the staff greet us every single time like they are happy to see us. Sometimes they call us by name. We will never go to another pizza place by choice.

Ordered delivery from here, but it seems the outsource delivery through door dash. Over an hour past delivery time a young kid on a bicycle delivers cool food that looks like it fell a few times. $50 in the garbage.

I ordered pizza for my family. I was given a delivery time estimate of 630pm. Pizza didn't show up until 7 and was cold. I called since I spent 50 on cold pizza to complain and before I could even finish explaining why I was calling, the person who answered was talking to someone in the background while I was speaking and then came back, and interrupted with "what's the problem, mam" I told the person on the phone and was told they were remaking order and sending it right to me right away. An HOUR later still no pizza. I live 10 minutes away. So I called back to find out where this remake was an was told that orders were coming in ahead of me and my order was just coming out of the oven. Unacceptable. I paid for my pizza at 5:50pm and this was now pushing 8pm. My family was brought cold pizza promised a remake and delivery right away then made to wait until others got their order ahead of mine because in the hour it took to get my cold pizza they had come in. I told them I wanted my money back. The person who answered the phone told me they were getting their manager because I was clearly upset. The manager never came on the phone just Said I'd be reimbursed and asked if I still wanted the pizza since it was just coming out of the oven. I said yes but I want my money back as this was horrible customer service. I was not asked for any of my personal information. My name was not taken and I was told that the pizzs was on its way. It is now 1120pm and STILL NO PIZZA. I will NEVER be ordering from pizza hut again and will be letting anyone who mentions ordering delivery know my experiance.
