I had the best experience tonight. James had the best customer service ever. I know I was totally a pest from changing my order to running in and out to order more things. He didn’t complain not one bit, he was happy to keep accommodating me each time, thanks!

Crestwood Pizza Hut gives the brand a bad name. The pizza delivery was Cold, hard as a rock, tasted like cardboard !! Not fit to be eaten, what a waste of $. NEVER again. Take heed folks.

I usually enjoy going to this location and have ordered from here a plethora of times. All of my encounters with the staff have been enjoyable with the exception of my visit on 11/18.I placed an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. Upon walking in, there was not anyone up front to greet me (I figured it was due to them being understaffed). I saw my order behind the counter and there was no way to notify the staff member in the back, except by raising my voice to get their attention. I kid you not that I was inside of that location about 5 minutes or so just screaming “Excuse me” for the persons attention (did they have in headphones??). I then called the restaurant to which the staff member IGNORED the phone?? I then yelled once more because I was at my wits end and just wanted my food.Then out walked a taller woman (lighter skin and dark straight hair) with no form of remorse after telling her that I’d been trying to get her attention for the past 5 minutes or so.This is something that needs to be fixed. As a paying customer, I just want my food. There is no reason for me to not have access to something that I have paid for. Furthermore, if you are severely understaffed with one person working, why have the door unlocked if you can’t be upfront? Not only is it an inconvenience on my part, but it’s a major safety concern for staff members that work there? The icing on the cake was when she mumbled “have a nice day” as if I was annoying her. Yeah…I was having a nice day until I had to deal with all of THAT.

Staff was really good with customers service and the pizza was good but the breadsticks were hard I was disappointed I couldn't eat them because I love Pizza Hut breadsticks and those were not cooked right at all.

Ok so I ordered here and got there and me and my son entered with no Oder customers around waited a few min then another customer walked in so the worker saw us first come in. So she then says I'll be a minute. So she finally came out and attended the other lady first knowing we got there first so that was bogus in her part and that was not nice in her part.
Staff was very nice when picking up my pizza. Never had issues here as far as quality food

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Pizza Hut. Not only did they leave me with cold and inedible food, but the disrespect I encountered when I called to complain was beyond belief. I did not even want to call to complain. The customer service representative was rude and dismissive, making me feel like my concerns were insignificant. He even said this better not be a prank call. Like what is your problem I am calling to warn you guys to not make food like this because people can sue you or get sick. I cannot believe that a restaurant of this size and reputation would treat their customers in such a manner. It's clear that they don't value their customers or their satisfaction. I will never order from Pizza Hut again and will be warning all of my friends and family to stay away from this establishment. Absolutely unacceptable.

Ordered online at 6:30pm and it said 25-35min. Didn’t get delivered until 8:05. Wasn’t hot.What do you expect I guess.

We ordered food from this location last night 02/16/22 everyone in my house ate from the pizza except for me because it honestly didn’t look appetizing at all .Within the hour of eating everyone had an upset stomach along with vomit and diarrhea . It is now the next day and everyone is still throwing up and can’t hold anything down . Will not be buying from here ever again .
