Waited 10 minutes for mild chicken to be done,only to find out when I got home they forgotten my Mac and cheese, considering your overpriced food, the least you can do is give the complete order!
Always great food!
I placed my order on the app. I ordered two mild 3/$5 specials and one spicy. When I opened my food all the orders were spicy. Too far to come back so I ate the food. My family became sick. I attempted to reach them through customer service and they failed to respond and the customer service team did absolutely nothing to correct the issue. I will never come here again and advise others not to. The staff is indifferent and refused to take any action or even respond.

I’ve tried this place 3 times and they can never get an order right. When I came back in asking for the correct order he tried to tell me thats what I asked for. I assured him no it wasn’t and while ordering it I had to repeat myself 3 times and they still got it wrong. The biscuits were hard and they hardly gave any fries. I give up. I’m just gonna start going to the one that’s further away. Worst Popeyes I’ve been to in a while.

Don't eat here. They serve food that has been sitting around for who knows how long. A few times I was served hard chicken strips that were balled up with half cooked batter coating the inside, the fries were luke warm and soggy, and once, the biscuit was so hard it was inedible. The last time I ate here was at 8:30 pm when I asked the young woman who typically works on drive-thru if I could have 3 fresh tenders and fries. They don’t close until 10 and she refused to ask the cook. The manager was standing right beside her allowing her to berate me for asking for fresh food. When he finally “agreed” to make fresh food ( they probably refried chicken that was already sitting) the woman looked at me, said something in their language and everyone on their side of the counter began laughing. The way this situation was handled was unnecessary and absolutely unacceptable.

This place is terrible service
They charge $1 for sauce that’s ridiculous! They give you four sauces for 12 strips that’s awful and then charge a dollar for extra sauce

Had issues with my order as well where I ordered the surf and turf through the app. When I got there was told they didn’t have the butterfly shrimp (this is an ongoing issue in itself for this location) said they would give popcorn shrimp I said ok. Checked my order and I did not get my side or biscuit that it states on the app. Raken told me he would not honor what the app says and offered no solution whatsoever. Thanks for nothing I need to stop coming here only came cos the original lady that worked there who I think was the owner was always so nice and friendly but after so many issues with orders I think its time to not come to this location

6:08pm 6/9/2025 ordered inside the store watched the employee pick up my chicken tenders with his BARE HANDS no gloves to pack my food in the box. I immediately asked for my money back and didn’t take the food. That was DISGUSTING!

You have to try to get a bad review out of me my only criteria is taste OK and don't be obnoxiously rude. Your employee was intact obnoxiously rude. Only car in drive through line was me. I'm ordering for 4 people. The young man informed me if I'm not ready to order pull out and wait in the parking lot, because he is on a timer. Irony I asked my wife to leave, but she really wanted the wrap. So she put up with his abysmal service. Then to top it off they mess up my order. If you don't want business then don't open the doors.

Well we order threw the app and when we got there 30 min after we place the order it was still not done . As we get hour food everything is fine besides the fries and we are local residents to Crestwood . The fries were dried out not really fresh and not filled to what we paid for and we gave them extra time to get this stuff right I need to be spoken to about this cuz this is not acceptable and I’ve been part of management the quality off food need to be better

The food is mid always hit or miss. Chicken can be under the heated lamp so long it dries it out. Customer service was never great at this location but now is horrible. The guy who took the order don’t know how to talk to people let alone understand English that well! Turns out he’s the manager at this location lol imagine that. I’ll probably stay away till the next wave of employees comes in and maybe give em another shot, a couple months ago they had a decent staff and as most fast food places it’s turns around and a new group.
#learn how to speak to people instead of having a attitude Mr.manager!
