I was on my time before closed store to pick up Uber Eats but one of employee said store was closed I was there on drive through and then I called help in uber app and submitted pic of store but I knew store closing time is 11 pm I was there 10:42 end of the story I didn’t get my trip money so it’s not fair

These are very rude and nasty people working here. I would not get any food getting from their place never again!

I ordered two shrimp dinners to pick up on my way home from work. Found out when I got home, that only one of the boxes contained the shrimp dinner, the other box contained chicken strips which I did not want. Also, there was only one biscuit and no sauce in the bag. I live too far to go back. As far as the quality of the shrimp, it was rubbery. Will not be stopping here again.

I feel like this establishment’s bathrooms HAVE TO BE breaking health codes. The pictures don’t even do it justice. Went in to go to the loo before I ordered food- Didn’t even order because I lost my appetite.

The head manager was very rude we stood in line for about good five minutes before we had to ask can someone take our order, then they charging for everything after I just spend 30 dollars on chicken that’s been sitting under a light !! The I asked for a few honeys and Cajun sparkles and got two a piece for four five dollar meals then told his employee to charge me for some sauce it’s ridiculous I won’t be back to this establishment!

Black lady Cashier was extremely nice and patient. I didn't have my order together and she said take my time. That was sooo thoughtful of her. I forgot her name on March 22nd at about 445pm.

Every single time I go to this Popeyes they mess up my order. Sounds goofy right? I gave them the benefit of the doubt too many times. I must be a fool. After today, I officially throw in the towel with not just this Popeyes location but all Popeyes. I am done. Popeyes doesn't seem to care about customers. The prices went up and quality of food went down. They forgot to put my fries and shorted me on my biscuits. They were adamant about charging me extra for my dipping sauces but failed to give me my order correctly.

I also dont believe the owner when they respond they will do better..... Read the other reviews and when these were written. The do nothing to improve.
