What a terrible representation of a good brand, this particular franchise is a bad one. Awful employees, no uniforms, filthy dirty store and terrible service. These woman in here acted like you were bothering them just by opening the restaurant door. That entire store needs to be re-staffed, deep cleaned and trained. Awful experience.

The food was so good, and the customer service was so friendly. It felt like the whole group of workers treated you like family,There’s this one worker there in the restaurant that really is a wonderful worker and a she deserves a raise!!! Coming back soon!!!!!
Walked in after a long shift at my job at 9:55, 5 mins before they closed, hoping to simply get a sandwich. I apologized for my lateness and the young lady along with the two other employees were very kind despite the situation. She made my sandwich with a smile on her face and even chit chatted with me about my long work day. It’s not very often that you come across such kind and polite youngsters nowadays, especially at restaurants like these. I believe her name started with a D, she was the manager on shift 4/17. Thank you potbelly
It is only 8:50pm and all the chairs are up on the table. My husband and I ordered 2 sandwiches and asked if we could get a shake. There are 2 girls working. The girl making our sandwiches says, we don’t have any shakes now. Then I ask, can we eat in dining area and the girl making sandwiches totally ignores me so I ask again. She looks at the other girl and asks if we could eat in dining area. The other girl with by register says, we’re gonna clean. I ask it’s not 10 yet, we can’t eat here. She says, well do you want me to take couple chairs down for you with such attitude and made a face. Both of these girls need training on how to deal with Customers!! I will never come here again! I find it ridiculous that they have the chairs up when it’s not even 9pm. Both of the girls were rude! They need to find a job elsewhere!

I had spoken with 2 managers on different days and was told I'd get a refund on my order, i have checked multiple times and had not received one. I will be calling up there this weekend to find out what is going on.
So i got an order delivered to me, and i didn't know it was gonna be door dash.. not really their fault the meal was super late. My soup was cold my salad was hot and the think I'm very mad about was i order a milkshake to get it delivered to me already with the straw in the cup and the cookie out and about (if I'm getting delivery, it would have been safer to have a safety sticker blocking the hole, and also for the cookie i had to toss it out. The driver touched it plus the straw. I was to afraid to drink the shake.. I evened up opening the shake to check it i tossed the cookie and changed straws, but as I opened the lid I found my milkshake was only half full. I paid full price for a shake to find it only half full just slightly over half full and melted. I'm so mad I reported to the company site and I hope I hear back soon. I want my money back. At least for my shake. Soup can be reheated, salad ~Sadly it was warm but the milkshake was now wasted. I'm very upset. This was my dinner I'm stuck at work till 2am. I cant go out anywhere else to get somthing else and I will not be ordering here again...

Very Prejudice Atmosphere.
As a black woman, I don’t feel safe or comfortable coming to this Potbelly ever again.
Had an order with three separate sandwiches. The manager was rushing making my sandwiches. Did not ask me which sandwiches I wanted on each sandwich. When I corrected her, she quickly gave me an attitude. She even put my sandwich on the counter instead of putting it in the bag like she did the rest of the customers.
A white lady had a similar order and she even messed up on her order. Crazy thing is SHE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC TO HER.
The MANAGER NEEDS SERIOUS COACHING.
Black money is just as good as white money!!!!!!
I like the chicken Mediterranean from here. Everything on it.

All around .. great place!
Awesomesauce
The the service from the Hispanic workers at the Crestwood Potbelly tends to b lousy. If u lined up the 5 worst workers 4 out of 5 would b Hispanic. I see the opposite with the white workers who tend to b the most polite. The Hispanics there seem to b getting special treatment. They get away with stuff a lot better than the others. Isn't that discrimination. Go elsewhere. Better eateries r our there. I went to the Overweise in Tinley Pk where the service with a smile was excellent. The workers there tended to b white and black. My experience at Overweise was the greatest.
Management needs to give the women employed at this location a raise! Every single time I'm here, it's the women that are holding this specific location together. The boys here work SO SLOW, look confused, and the line is so long! Tonight was terrible. It wasn't until the one young lady came out, got the online orders together, started leading the young man, AND got the line moving. Kudos to her! She will go far in life. There's also an older woman with dark hair who is also lovely!
Salads, soups and Subs are great- they break up the routine. Their cookie is perhaps one of the best fast food cookies out there. Their thin sliced pickles are also a must.
Fast food has gone up in prices, so I have become more choosy when eating take out. This is one of my go to’s now.
I recommend the roast beef or the chicken club.
Their flat bread is also unique- not a wrap, but a thinly slightly toasted bread that cuts calories but not flavor.
Soup is always hot and the mac and cheese is a cut above.
This store in particular has a great team and amazing management. Stop by!
