Salads, soups and Subs are great- they break up the routine. Their cookie is perhaps one of the best fast food cookies out there. Their thin sliced pickles are also a must.
Fast food has gone up in prices, so I have become more choosy when eating take out. This is one of my go to’s now.
I recommend the roast beef or the chicken club. Their flat bread is also unique- not a wrap, but a thinly slightly toasted bread that cuts calories but not flavor.
Soup is always hot and the mac and cheese is a cut above.
This store in particular has a great team and amazing management. Stop by!

I arrived today for a quick meal and was surprised by the friendly and prompt service as soon as I entered. The young woman with glasses and dark hair who served me spoke fluent Spanish and helped me order with a smile on her face. The girl is very kind, I hope she is there again when she returns.

My family and I walked into this establishment expecting to order milkshakes and cookies for the evening. As we entered we were in mid conversation about the milkshakes and one of the heavyset ladies behind the counter yelled “WE STOP MAKING MILKSHAKES ALREADY”. We all laughed it off a little because of how rude it was yelled in front of all of their customers but we then continued on with our conversation. We then asked another person behind the counter why the milkshakes weren’t being made anymore (because we noticed customers drinking milkshakes within the facility).. the SAME woman YELLED AGAIN and said its because we close at 9:30pm on Sunday. We said ok, understandable. While waiting for our cookies and as we approached the counter I asked if they had the Blueberry cookies and the same woman responded “THOSE ARE DISCONTINUED”. LOL MY GODDNESS! All I could do is laugh and leave. Regardless of the matter, everyone has the capacity to be kind to others. Practice that.

From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home. Victoria's attention to detail and efficiency were remarkable. She took my order with a friendly smile, ensuring that all my preferences were noted accurately. Driest sandwich ever. Barely any condiments on it. Called back the next day was refused a refund because per the curly haired heavyset manager the tuna is dry and soaks into the bread and I should’ve called the same day…. Storytime: If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ended up having strep but ik I needed to eat something light so of course why not a bowl of soup and hey give me a tuna sub so once these meds kick in I can eat for real. Unfortunately I didn’t haven’t the strength to eat throat was still on fire but the next day as expected the meds were working and I went to eat the sandwich it was horrible. They skimped me out on the soup and all they had to say was thanks for telling us. $20 for a bowl of soup and ORGINAL sandwich not even a big and u can’t accommodate a regular customer who knows this was below par service. Unacceptable save your time and go to oak lawns or evergreen park location. U can see the microwave line from the soup and the sandwich is soaked in oil no mayo or mustard or anything else in sight and as usually the consumer not the million dollar franchise has to suffer do better potbelly’s hopefully corporate sees this. Jimmy John’s delivered a great tuna sub in replacement and I will be reaching out to my bank

I think these sandwiches just changed my whole life. It's a PERFECT sammich. This is what Subway WISHES they could be. Potbelly puts every sandwich shop in the area to SHAME! "A wreck" is what I ordered. The mac and cheese is pretty good too. Go get you a sammich
