I'm a regular good customer & was told one of your new drinks you sell only come in a 12oz when I wanted a different size just bad for business. I wanted the holiday pecan delight & your employe look at me like they didn't know what I was talking about.

Took my husband here for after work smoothie and they will never ever get my money again. Staff made him a cup of JUICE (should’ve been carribean way smoothie) that I paid $10 for. When he made them aware that he orders that smoothie all the time and never has it been watery, the staff had the nerve to add ice to his smoothie which made it thicker but as anyone can imagine it tasted like pure water. He again requested a remake at which point he was met with more attitude from the person making his smoothie. I love Smoothie King but after how they treated my husband I will stick to locations that care about the customer and not just taking my money. O yea almost guarantee all those good reviews are counterfeit but don’t take my word for it. Risk your own money if u dare 🤮🤢
