This review is for Fatima Jordan - The Attorney “Who Wasn’t”
Oh, where do I even begin? Let’s start with the facts, since those seemed to have gotten lost somewhere between your imagination and your review.
You walked into the restaurant after the original situation happened, meaning you didn’t see a single thing that started the issue. Yet somehow, within minutes, you transformed into an “attorney” representing people you’d never met, in a case that didn’t exist. You followed the patrons outside to give them your number(I saw you) then you came back in and Lights, Camera, Action! The plot twist? I later confirmed you’re not a lawyer but you sure played one dramatically for the audience that day.
Here’s what really happened: The waitress was respectfully handling a table that had been rude and verbally aggressive. I’ve patronized this place every weekend for over 5yrs and happened to be there this day. Management decided to comp the meal and kindly asked the customers not to return, which, by the way, is completely within their right. You overheard half the story, jumped in like it was a courtroom drama, and started demanding to speak to the owner. When the truth came out, suddenly your “law degree” disappeared faster than your credibility. Because of how you were acting, I reached out to a lawyer friend and had her reach out to the owners then call you!
Next time, if you want to play hero, maybe get the full story first. The staff at both locations work very hard, and I will ALWAYS stand up for them, especially against people who think making a scene earns them a standing ovation.
Truth is free! And in this case, served hot. 🍽️ I’ll be there this Saturday in case you’d like to have a meet n greet Pinocchio

I visited stacked 10/31/2025 I ordered a Steak skillet the Hashbrowns was hard and burnt egg had a nasty taste to it I notified the waitress I then ask if I can get a discount for my food to compensate me she then told me me hold on so you can go call her Manager The manager said they do not give out discounts what they can do is remake the eggs and hashbrowns I didn’t ask why would you guys remake the eggs and a hash brown when I’m just asking for a discount wasn’t like I wasn’t trying to pay was payment ready but you don’t pay for food that you do not like and I was highly upset with the food that I had received The service was terrible and then I was told I would not be able to come back there because due to. not liking what I’m supposed to be in The customers are right and that situation, the waiter did not want to provide her name this place is unprofessional careless not helpful I highly do not recommend anyone to eat here

LETTER TO MANAGEMENT: i had to leave this review while i was sitting and after ordering its that urgent. Apparently management is charging a $2 fee if tow people are sharing a skillet with pancakes. With each other. On top of that if you ask for disposable utensil’s while eating in they charge you money for the utensils. If one person doesn’t feel like eating a whole meal then you have to pay 2$ fee foe them to sit with you and nibble on your food.
Wow just have to say this is like a very discouraging policy. MAKES ME FEEL LIKE NOT COMING GERE ANYMORE.

Went the other day, food was good and if I had known what the extra charges were for topping on pancakes and not to forget the tip they want to give vs what we think they deserve I wouldn’t have gone there!

Let me say the food is absolutely delicious. The 18% gratuity for 3 people is crazy. The gratuity is base upon the amount spent.

I think I just found my new favorite breakfast spot! I ordered the banana bread French toast topped with cream cheese and fresh bananas — and oh my goodness, it was heavenly. Every bite was perfectly sweet and comforting, and yes… I ate the whole thing! 😋
The service was just as good as the food — super friendly and attentive the entire time. You can really tell they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back again (probably sooner than I should 😂).
If you haven’t tried this place yet, do yourself a favor and go!

Terrible first (and last) experience. The greeter at the door was rude from the moment we arrived. She tried to convince us not to stay once we said our party was 20, refused to put tables together, said gratuity would be added, and spoke to us with a loud, condescending tone the entire time. Even when we told her we didn’t mind waiting, she wanted to split us between the front and back of the restaurant. Asking for a manager didn’t help.
When we finally got seated, the problems continued. My daughter’s apple juice was watered down, and the server admitted the machine sometimes “just gives water.” My eggs came out cold, the corned beef hash was burnt, and the pancakes weren’t cooked through. I honestly believe my food was served this way because I asked for the manager.
The waitress was nice, but overall service and food were terrible. The sign that says “We think our staff is awesome” is misleading — they don’t know how to treat customers.
I won’t be back. Even with one person, I’d rather go to Cracker Barrel for better food and service.

this place is terribly ran, they wrongfully terminate employees and accuse them of doing something illegal because they are scared to tell the truth even though there are cameras proving the “illegal activity” never happened, the manager (cristina) has an ego problem and very bad anger issues and does not know how to be a manager, i am surprised this establishment is still in business, along with their ridiculously high prices they charge gratuity to the bill for their lackluster service.

My first time at Stacked and can't wait to eat again during my next visit. The vegetable skillet was huge & delicious. The carrot cake pancake stuffed with cream cheese, was awesome and could be a dessert 😋. Service was quick, server was pleasant and we just enjoyed our visit.
