Marissa was very nice. She warmed up the soup for us. Grilled chicken on croissant was delicious. Turkey club sandwich was tremendous. Climate in restaurant was quite chilly inside due to AC being turned up more than necessary. Will return

Went there today for a breakfast date with a beautiful young lady..She ordered the banana bread French toast, it was served with plastic inside.. luckily she found it before she bite into it..it really could’ve scratched up her gums and mouth.. well anyway, she brought it up to our waiter Santiago ( great guy) who moved it to the manager.. Manager didn’t even have the decency to come apologize in person , let alone give us the courtesy of removing from the bill.. Obviously they don’t care about customers satisfaction. Only the exchange of service and money.
They charge me extra for my pancakes (include in the breakfast) I can believe it . The waitress very rude . Never bring the creamers I took them for the another table. I had to ask for my soup.
We have 5 years coming here and today was the worst experience.

Food is good, but steak and eggs almost $40? Breakfast shouldn’t cost that much
The food was very good. However the waitress seemed very shady when she brought my bill. She had automatically gave herself a 18% gratuity, when the bottom of the receipt clearly gave recommendations on how much to tip. When asked about this, she told me they automatically charge 18% for a bill over $60. When asked to see this in writing, she walked away. So I went up front to ask the hostess and she showed me on the menu where it said they have the right to add extra to whatever tip we give. It didn't say anything about 18% for any bill over $60, nor did the hostess. The waitress with the glasses on appeared very shady to me. Food yes. Deceitful waiting, no thank you.

It’s no surprise this place isn’t as busy anymore—they’ve lost customers because of their unnecessary extra fees. My husband and I wanted to share a plate, and they charged us an extra $2! On top of that, they now add credit card fees, which feels like another way to nickel and dime customers. It’s not like they’re serving more food; in fact, the portions have gotten smaller since they first opened. It’s unfortunate that the customer is always the one to lose out. Do better.

The manager was extremely rude and called me a liar because i wanted to return a bad burnt terrible tasting sandwich back to the kitchen. She stomped off when i tried to explain i tasted the bad sandwich and then she started calling me names. Very unprofessional and usually their food is decent.

I was there and the food was ok. I saw someone didn’t like their food and waitress and manager put on a scene.
Very disrespectful. I will never go back and tell my colleagues about this location

Has gone downhill since opening. Especially in customer service. They seems to be more interested in the gambling part now.

Seriously lacking in customer service, especially when the fault is THEIRS. I've been going there for years but haven't been able to go "in" to dine due to being an at home caregiver. So, rarely do we make it out. Good, paid for, portions of our meal was forgotten. Upon calling, I was told to just come back for the remaining items. 1, it is raining today and I just got home. 2, all I wanted was a credit. I was told no, they can't do "that" over the phone, BUT they were fine taking the payment. I was then told that I could put my name down for a credit "next" time. (Who knows when that could be.) So, went back in, food at home cold as hell now, talked to the manager, completely unhelpful and seriously a non customer service friendly person when the fault was theirs. No comp,.no sorry, just, "that's how it is." Verbatim. I said we're dealing with a person with dementia and we don't get out. "That's not my problem, sorry." Again, verbatim. So, guess who's family, which extends beyond us, will never be going back to Stacked. Any praise I used to give them, gone. I'll go out of my way to suggest other restaurants now to anyone asking where I used to say, hey Stacked is good. Good food, horrible management customer service.

Would highly reccomend ordering a side biscuit with whatever you decide to get. 5 dollars for drip coffee is an absolute joke though, coffee should really be free or like 2 dollars if anything. The coffee was offered to me as if it was on the house.
