Came at 1:40am Hispanic lady at window refused service saying they close at 2am I said it was 1:40am not even 2 can I order my food she was very rude and said no. Poor management. Window says closes at 3 manager said at 2 when I said it's not even 2 then she said she closed at 1am all this just to not take my order

RUDEST lady working at this taco bell has absolutely ZERO customer service skills and was rushing us through our entire order when nobody was behind us. She was mad at us because she forgot to give us sauce even though we were trying to be very nice to this lady she was extremely rude and disappointing that there's so many comments about this lady and taco bell has done nothing about it

Middle aged woman with dark hair who works the drive through is incredibly rude. I’ve had several bad experiences with her at this location. Me and my sister asked if there was caffeine in the Baja blast, and she gave us a whole attitude about it instead of just saying yes or no. Then I returned last week with my friend and we asked her for a minute to order because there was nobody behind us, and we were undecided about what we wanted to order. She rushed us, was disrespectful, impatient, and forgot our sauces.

Very rude service person at the taco bell in Crestwood. Rolled her eyes and made a rude remark when I asked for a cup for water. Slammed our tray on the counter and said here's your food. As I was picking up our food tray I heard her say to her coworkers "did they really think I would bring them their food" Very very rude and for no reason. We were polite and kind customers.

little miss attitude that answer the phone on 9/14/2024 at 11:38pm think she cool and can throw a attitude talking about she to busy for DoorDash questions no you ain’t you closing soon lil good ahhh wouldn’t recommend this location to no one until they get better service! That little “oh im too busy for my job” need to be fired just a business professional opinion
If I could leave zero stars I would. Ordered $32 worth of food pulled up to the window to be told. I can’t pay with the $50 bill. So I went into speak to a manager. The manager told me they limited bills so I can’t pay 50. I can’t have $32 worth of food, you guys don’t have $18 in bills. So now I have to drive 45 minutes to the next location to feed my family.

Awesome Taco Bell! The way it should be! Awesome food prepared right ! Courteous, Friendly staff! Fast Service! Your food is placed nicely in bags not smashed or broken. It’s done with care ! Clean dining room and restrooms! This place is run right! All Taco Bell’s used to be like this one. This is the BEST ?
