I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for over 20 years. Never got my order wrong. Don’t listen to any other bad reviews they are wrong. Way better than other Taco Bell’s in the area. I love this Taco Bell and it’s workers are amazing

Came at 1:40am Hispanic lady at window refused service saying they close at 2am I said it was 1:40am not even 2 can I order my food she was very rude and said no. Poor management. Window says closes at 3 manager said at 2 when I said it's not even 2 then she said she closed at 1am all this just to not take my order

RUDEST lady working at this taco bell has absolutely ZERO customer service skills and was rushing us through our entire order when nobody was behind us. She was mad at us because she forgot to give us sauce even though we were trying to be very nice to this lady she was extremely rude and disappointing that there's so many comments about this lady and taco bell has done nothing about it
What a RIP OFF. $16 for a chicken nasty nugget meal and what was supposed to be a loaded nacho which had nothing on them. I will not be back.

Middle aged woman with dark hair who works the drive through is incredibly rude. I’ve had several bad experiences with her at this location. Me and my sister asked if there was caffeine in the Baja blast, and she gave us a whole attitude about it instead of just saying yes or no. Then I returned last week with my friend and we asked her for a minute to order because there was nobody behind us, and we were undecided about what we wanted to order. She rushed us, was disrespectful, impatient, and forgot our sauces.

Very rude service person at the taco bell in Crestwood. Rolled her eyes and made a rude remark when I asked for a cup for water. Slammed our tray on the counter and said here's your food. As I was picking up our food tray I heard her say to her coworkers "did they really think I would bring them their food" Very very rude and for no reason. We were polite and kind customers.
