I'll tell you what I'll probably never go back to this Wendy's and it has absolutely nothing to do with the food or the staff. I pulled up to the drive-thru to place a simple order and the recording offering their current special did its thing and I already knew what I wanted so I was just waiting for drive-thru attendants voice to place my order well that employee didn't make it in today and won't make it in to that job anymore in the future. Since that job is being performed by an AI computer voice. No human to speak to whatsoever until you get to the window... Until they figure out how to replace that too.

I ordered a simple Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the kid at the drive thru looked flustered and asked what I got, I told him then he hands me a bag. I get home and find a nasty, cold, soggy burger. What kind of incompetent idiocy is this? Stop hiring illiterate people who can't read on a basic kindergarten level. Wendy's Support didn't even offer me a free sandwich to compensate but wanted me to use a discounted offer. Pathetic! Every Wendy's I go to is disgusting and has incompetent employees.

Every time I go to this Wendy's they always get my order wrong everything was wrong today I ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger with just ketchup and onions and mustard then they gave me a bacon junior bacon cheeseburger with mayo lettuce and tomatoes and I can't eat either of those. Then I asked for a Hi-C orange no ice they gave me a medium with ice in it. Do a better job get better workers 😱😡
