Why do you guys have the option to buy a big ranch but not the containers. I ordered a large ranch and was provided 5 small ranch containers. I indicated that I wanted it on the other container he stated that he has been working there for a year and the small containers is all that they have. This location needs better management. I included the picture just in case you guys don’t know what a large option is

The food at this establishment was delicious, that which was received. Part of the order was not given at the time the food was picked-up. Once it was noticed we had arrived at our destination and called to let the restaurant know we were missing part of the order and we were put on hold. Once the store representative returned to the phone they asked were we picking it up right then, which we responded not looking to go out again at that point in the evening. Then we were told we needed to pick it up early the next day. Not once was an apology offered.

2nd time they have given me the wrong wings. Paid for classic, only received boneless. Tried to call to let them know and was placed on hold for an extended wait time. No one ever picked up the call. Will not go back to this location.

I walk in BEFORE 1am and the employees (older black male and hispanic middle aged woman) see me standing there and instead of informing me they are closed they proceed to let me wait before doing do. My question is why is the door left open for customers to walk in and why are the hours until 1am and the employees are already finishing up in cleaning the fryers. Makes no sense just close the doors early instead of having dashers waste time picking up food that is not being made. Thank you.

My husband ordered from this store for delivery. After 45 minutes our bag was delivered (sealed) by a doordasher. When we opened the bag it was missing a 10 piece order. We called the store and were told initially that there was nothing they could do. We asked to speak to a manager who told us that we could come in and get a refund out or order of wings. I asked if we choose to come in to get the wings could we get a gift card to help reimburse the $10.00 we just paid for the delivery and he said, “no, but we can give you a brownie.” My daughter also received a completely incorrect order a few months ago from this store and she won’t order from there anymore. I should have listened to her.

Second bad experience this night. Money was taken off my card,no order was placed not food made. It's funny the online system can make mistakes but I can accidentally not pay for some food and still get food.

Did not honor my coupon from Bulls game which was one day prior and also got my order wrong and continued to tell me what I said. Wings were not cooked well at all and lady had bad attitude when I asked for correct order. I will never spend money here again. Terrible crew every night.
