Did not honor my coupon from Bulls game which was one day prior and also got my order wrong and continued to tell me what I said. Wings were not cooked well at all and lady had bad attitude when I asked for correct order. I will never spend money here again. Terrible crew every night.

I’ve ordered from this location three times. I have asked for fry seasoning on my fries multiple times and I get nothing everytime. I finally went in and I was told this location does not carry fry seasoning. Not happy that I have to drive to oak lawn to get my food. Shouldn’t every wingstop be the same?

Got my bag of food with grease just pouring out of it because whoever bagged it stacked the items idiotically. No ice in the ice machine as well as no trash can in the dine in area to toss out your trash. Staff was rude as well. My boneless wings weren’t tossed in the sauce like they should be, just a little drizzled on top. This place needs to get better at everything they do

I had a very bad experience I will never ever go back again I got home and my daughters wings were soaking in oil I took them back and the girl that ringed me up didn’t say one word to me I asked for a manager she came up to me and i showed her the bag that was dripping in grease she started giving me a refund and I said I don’t want a refund I want my order redone and she didn’t say a word they remade my order and was not said one word to me then i ask for the manager again and I told her that I couldn’t believe her as manager didn’t say one word of my order full of dripping grease she said you got your order redone so whats the problem she was very unprofessional. I asked for her name they refused to give me her name I directly asked for her name and she said she was not going to give me her name . Came home and the second order was the same dripping grease I will never go back there ever again . They really need to check there cameras and check on there management .If this gets to the manger please check your camera during my transaction with your manager
