As soon as i opened the box, DISASTER!
Several wings were undercooked, with parts that were still pink and soft.
A few had black spots on the meat that looked nowhere near normal.
And worst of all — some wings still had feather hairs attached to the skin, cooked right into the meat. Actual feather fibers that should have been removed long before it ever hit the fryer.

How does chicken make it into a fryer without even being cleaned properly? That’s basic kitchen hygiene, and they couldn’t even get that right.

This wasn’t a small mistake.
This was disgusting, careless, unsafe food preparation that should never happen in any restaurant.

If this location is letting wings go out like this, they seriously need a food safety inspection ASAP. I will never order from here again, and I strongly suggest anyone else double-check their food before taking a single bite.

Wingstop, get your act together — this is beyond unacceptable.

Horrible experience, I placed order online and cashier didn’t even check if my order was ready and made me wait 15 minutes. My order was completed when I arrived so she made me wait for my food to get cold. Then she forgot to give me my drinks, and gave me attitude when I asked for my drinks.

The only thing was that I got Lemonade from the Self Serving Fountain and it tasted like cleaning supplies. Please check after you clean your machines. But the food was delicious as always.

Please fix or update your app and hours on google. The app let me place an order and took my money and i found out through a driver that the store was closed and i cant cancel the order or get help to get a refund in this moment im going to have to wait for an email back and i dont even know how long that will take. Please fix this so it doesnt happen to someone else

Why do you guys have the option to buy a big ranch but not the containers. I ordered a large ranch and was provided 5 small ranch containers. I indicated that I wanted it on the other container he stated that he has been working there for a year and the small containers is all that they have. This location needs better management. I included the picture just in case you guys don’t know what a large option is

The food at this establishment was delicious, that which was received. Part of the order was not given at the time the food was picked-up. Once it was noticed we had arrived at our destination and called to let the restaurant know we were missing part of the order and we were put on hold. Once the store representative returned to the phone they asked were we picking it up right then, which we responded not looking to go out again at that point in the evening. Then we were told we needed to pick it up early the next day. Not once was an apology offered.

2nd time they have given me the wrong wings. Paid for classic, only received boneless. Tried to call to let them know and was placed on hold for an extended wait time. No one ever picked up the call. Will not go back to this location.

I walk in BEFORE 1am and the employees (older black male and hispanic middle aged woman) see me standing there and instead of informing me they are closed they proceed to let me wait before doing do. My question is why is the door left open for customers to walk in and why are the hours until 1am and the employees are already finishing up in cleaning the fryers. Makes no sense just close the doors early instead of having dashers waste time picking up food that is not being made. Thank you.
