Not sure how they keep cooking the chicken when all the grease from the fryer is in the bottom of my basket of wings. There was no sauce, just a 1/4 inch of oil on the bottom. The meat was dry and tuff, the worst wings I ever hade. Wing Stop should STOP with the WINGS.

DO NOT ORDER HERE FOR SUPERBOWL! Made an order 3 hours ahead of time for pickup and when we got to the restaurant it was full of people waiting for their orders. Staff extremely rude, incompetent especially the short Hispanic lady!! Arguing with staff in front of customers and having attitude!!! Super unprofessional and didn’t even apologize just asked if you want a refund!!!! Gives no care that your food isn’t ready!!

Ordered food , they messed up and fixed it immediately. This is how businesses should run. They even gave me the food they messed up my order with. Would definitely come back again.

Received half cooked chicken sandwich(that I ingested 4-5 times before noticing) and ice cold fries even though I work 3 minutes down the street. Then the lady Jill proceeded with disregard and transferred me to a technical difficulty recording. I order from they often so I am very upset that they handled it this way.

Order# 22815807183798272 I would like a full refund or I am disputing with my credit card. Ordered a combo. NO ICE, asked for a cold soda and the guy wanted to charge me, NO Napkins, asked for Blue cheese was given ranch. Feel since this place opened it has gone down the drain in service and food quality. Ask Wing Stop to pull this franchise owner and find someone who cares about customer service and food quality.
