“First time in a Dunkin’ , stopped in around 7am, we came inside and used the kiosk, were greeted and asked if we needed any help.
Ordered a drink and 5 munchkins
The drive thru was steady and they were busy, waited a few minutes for the items.
It was clean inside, staff looked genuinely happy to be doing what they were doing.

“Quality Dunkin location with a good group of friendly employees. I have been coming to this location for 2 years since coming to Peoria, and I have never known this place to let me down. Whenever there as been an issue with mobile orders, or issues with my order the team is always really understanding. The food is nothing speical but stil enjoyable. Coffee is good, but can be hit or miss, overall still something I find drinkable and lives up to satisfaction.“

“Their fridge went down apparently overnight and this morning crew is HANDLING it like champs. Nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with at a Dunkin ever. Ladies with the pink hair and the dark hair with glasses were unbelievably sweet and the perfect people to greet you in the morning for breakfast. Keep them — these are the type of people wanting to be at the front counter.“

“I ordered online and when I went to pick up my custom dozen donuts, I was told they did not have 3 out of 6 types. I found this ridiculous as there was no such message during order placement AND I received a confirmation “your order is ready.” Only when I was there to pick up my order, they told me they don’t have those items (it was 5 pm). Apparently they only make donuts in the morning and sell those donuts all day long.So, if you want a specific type of donut, you gotta go in the morning.The lady at the cash counter was apologetic and offered me extra donuts. “I swing by this location early morning before work a couple times a week for a coffee. This is the only Dunkin in the Peoria Metropolitan area that I don't feel like I'm taking a gamble if I pull into the drive thru with a few cars ahead of me. If I go to the Dunkin in EP or Washington, I know there is a good chance that if I pull into the drive-thru with a couple cars ahead of me that I will be held hostage, sandwiched between two cars, and texting my work that I might be late because of a family emergency - and I'll have to chug my coffee on the way in and get rid of the evidence. No bells and whistles here, just efficient and consistent. Highly recommended.“
