First of all, THEY DONT give receipts. If your order is wrong, there's nothing to reference. I once asked for a receipt & the employee argued saying its only *$ amount*!! Why you need receipt?? If you go inside, workers avoid eye contact & act like you, the customer, is a nuisance. If you order donuts online, once you or your delivery person arrives, you'll find your confirmed order is unavailable. Be prepared to not understand what the person taking your order is asking or they dont understand you! Personally I like the drinks here (CC) better than the nearby EP location but their service sucks!! Also, they close much earlier than the EP location.

I ordered the $6 dollar Dunking and a Butter Pecan ice coffee. The croissant was way to flaky to the fact crumbs were all over my clothes. I didn't like the coffee and asked if I could change it and they said no. Poor customer service
