First impression was the worst we arrived five minutes before our reservation and a older white woman said we should’ve arrived 10 minutes prior and that we will be seated later . After waiting outside for 5 minutes we went back in and demanded a seat that we had arrived before our reservation and that this isn’t a doctors office and don’t have to fill out paperwork so no need to be showing up 10 minutes prior to our reservation. (Little did I know there should’ve been a paper for us to sign stating that food poisoning will occur eat at your own risk.) After we finally gotten seated we were rushed to order our food and drinks our sever was telling us that we had to hurry up and order due to other customers waiting as well. So once we all rushed our orders we sat waiting for our food for an hour my sister and I had order the super nachos and the food was HORRIBLE cold meat, cold cheese, and the mimosa I had order was supposed to be a pineapple well it was absolutely disgusting. The pineapple slice was from a can and tasted like a Jalapeño and was warm my drink didn’t come out cold at all. After we tried to enjoy our meal we all ended up leaving after a hour I was sick as a dog ended up with food poisoning Vomiting and diarrhea. Once I started feeling a little better I called my Sister who had also had nachos and told her what was going on. Sadly she too was vomiting and having diarrhea.From what was supposed to be a nice beautiful Mother’s Day dinner to a complete version of sea sick. We had spent $152 and left her only a $10 tip. We deserve our money back and we will never ever eat or drink here ever again.

I had always wanted to try this. Brought my family in tonight from an hour and half away to try and I have no desire to come back. The service was so so bad. We saw her when she took our drink order, when she brought the drinks out, when she took our order, and when she delivered our order 75 minutes after ordering. The wait time for the service in the kitchen was extreme. The restaurant was not busy at all. Not once was a drink refilled without one of my family members going up to the bar to get it refilled. It was very apparent the waitress did not care about the service to our table and it was very disappointing. Employees in the restaurant were not welcoming nor friendly. Food was very mediocre, nothing impressive. Shake was okay. I do not recommend kuchie's on the water at all!

Our waitress , Rhonda , was the absolute best!! She knew exactly what we needed and took such good care of our rowdy selves!! Kuchies is THE BEST!!!

We went here one night for a date night back in Oct had an amazing experience food was amazing and so was the service. So my birthday I wanted to go here again we had a party of 12 the waitress we had was over all fine she was nice and everything. The issues were my parents food my moms food was cold my dad ordered the all you can eat walleye and his first set of “fish” was stone cold and it was just breading no fish at all! The second set of fish was a lot better. My aunt had the same thing as my dad and it was the same thing the first set was cold and nothing but breading and the second set of fish was better. The waitress we had gave them both more fish to take home to make up for that which was very nice. My husband and mines, we ordered the giant pretzel and it was huge like picture but the breading was hard like it had been made first and sat for 20 mins! NOT worth 17 dollars in my opinion! We did order the garlic cheese curds which were amazing as they were last time. We also ordered the ship wreck shakes which were amazing as last time also! The other issues were we never got to see our physical bill she read it off and we paid it but the issue was it was pending in our card for a certain amount but then on the card reader it said it went through a totally different amount. The lady our waitress talked to said it takes a few for it to update and told us if it wasn’t corrected to call us tomorrow and we can get it fixed for you! Ok no problem but it makes no sense what so ever we had the money to pay the bill and it charged our card the full amount like it should have but then on the card reader it showed a totally different amount! Over all it wasn’t as good as the first time and we personally probably won’t go back again!

The drive there is terrible and littered with potholes. The restaurant itself is fine but tacky. The food we received was either over cooked, cold, or stale. Even had to get a refund on my potato’s because they were microwaved and cold in the middle. I’m really disappointed because it seemed like a great place to go but google reviews lied. Will not be returning.

Came in on a Sunday with my friends but ended up having to wait about 45 minutes for a table. We were told that they were short staffed. However, we finally got seated the service was quick, the waitress Kiesha was friendly and the food came out hot. We were mostly there for their famous Bloody Mary’s, which did not disappoint. Great spot for unique drinks and view of the river on a sunny day!
