Food was great as always, but I was bummed out they no longer sell cookies. Otherwise it’s always a solid meal.

Food was good as usual and service was great, mostly upset that I did not receive my curly fries with my meal and didn't notice till I was back home a town over so not worth it to drive back! Everything else was great tho!

Used to eat This at Texas I’m new to Illinois coming back to Arby’s was great got the Ham and Swiss melt it was amazing and the curly fries are the best fries ever Workers in the drive through were kind and respectful and gave a warning that fries were hot the moved at a good pace and drive thru is quick can’t wait to come back

I tried to order at the drive thru but the attendant kept mumbling something at me. I can't tell if it was a question or not. I ended up driving away and called in to let them know, maybe it's an audio issue. The manager who answered the phone seemed clueless and unconcerned.

I wanted to recognize the great service by the Arby’s employees working this evening. We pulled up to the drive thru 20 minutes before close and placed a big order (we were craving Arby’s !) … the employees took our order with such friendly service… gave us a great amount of sauces (no skimping) … and we could tell the food was very fresh… we will definitely be back!

The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. I ate inside, which has a bit of a strange layout, but noticed the drive-thru moved quickly, as well. The employees were nice and didn't screw up my order, which is awesome, especially these days.

How...just how do yall forget the main sauce for a new sandwich?! I get that its packets but none were in the bag... pulled pork plain without BBQ is just too dry. ..

SO why is it every time I order and I Look at the cashier and asked for 2-3 ranch and bbq sauce she’s says OK, so tell ME why am I only getting one of each and on top of that I asked another employee if I could get a few
More and Tell me why he looked at me like it went against company code too and when he asked them same person I asked she goes There in the bag already, Yeah i know there’s only one of each I would like more then that but it’s a giant problem at this location to get more then what u asked for. Ps: I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location as I don’t have this issues at any other place mostly because it’s SAUCE

I placed my order thru drive thru and they got my order wrong . Tried to get there attention and you can see them joking around and NOT PAYING ATTENTION !!!!

Arby’s is a nice enough restaurant. Never been inside, always done drive thru, which doesn’t have the greatest service. Arby’s is one of the places that make my stomach hurt but it’s worth it. Last visited on Sunday, April 13, 2025, and the service was fast enough and the staff were OK. The food was good, can’t get enough of their curly fries. (Written 4/21/25)

This place needs to be sued for shady practices. Every single time, I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME they see you have used one of their deals for a sandwich on the app they purposely reduce the amount of meat you get. It's ridiculous. Not even worth it.
