Many thanks to the employees at this Dunkin for so graciously and patiently filling my order of coffee and donuts for National Cup of Coffee with a Cop Day this morning. Job well done!!

This location does not have a working phone number (dunkin/baskin location). If you order a cake online and need to talk with them, you’re screwed. Franchise owner not being held responsible by corporate to have a working phone is a huge red flag as any and all changes need to be made by contacting location.

Very disappointed!!! I ordered a ice cream roll for my father's 90th Birthday. This is his favorite and is hard to find. When I went to pick it up no one new anything about it. They brought out a tiny ice cream cake that could not serve 8 people. No manager or cake decorator in on Saturday. They told me to pick a cake out of the cooler. This was the day before Mother's Day and the cakes were decorated that way. So I requested a refund that was given to me and had to go to Jewel to get "Happy 90th Birthday Dad" put on a regular cake. He only turns 90 once and may not be around next year his 91st. Very, very disappointed!!!

I would not suggest ordering birthday cakes from here. I ordered a Sheet style cake for 45 people. With about a weeks notice. I thought $100 was high but exactly what I was looking for. Pickup day and time came I called to make sure it was ready even though passed the time. Person on phone panicked and said you can't come for another hour. Sent a friend to pick up. She got a round $30 cake instead. It looked decorated by a child all haphazard. Later when we cut into it it was not even close to what we ordered inside either. I called after lots of excuses and issues presented we were given a refund. I would have appreciated an answer instead as to what happened instead of a bunch of lies. I would not order here of you want a correct order and on time. So we had a cake for 18 for 50 people to eat. And a flavor the birthday boy didn't want that looked awful‍. Try Dairy Queen

Went through drive through- ordered two single scoops cups, a tradition on my wife’s and my date night. Got the order and drove down Hwy 14 getting it out as we drive, no spoons. Turn around drive back to the store- go inside where we are informed that you are out of spoons. My wife politely says “you might want to tell people that when they are in the drive through” and we get an eye roll and a very snarky “Okayyyyy”. Seriously- this isn’t that hard- you sell ice cream. People want to eat it. If you run out of spoons- I get it- but just inform your customers or have a back up plan.

I travel the states finding the best hidden gems when it comes to food and treats. This is currently the best custard I've ever tried. We got the rasberry cheesecake and it is outstanding. Highly recommend this flavor, but the beauty of it is whatever you have the fancy for they have it. A big beautiful wall of your mix ins to great you and get your imagination flowing. Check this place out with your family or a sweet little date night. 11/10

Store posted sign that they changed hours and would be closing at 7pm for April 15th and 16th. Doors were locked at 5pm. We knocked to get their attention and they refused to unlock the doors to let anyone in.
