Waited like 5-8 mins for someone to even come up to ask if I was picking up an order. Then you got employees smoking right at the front door!

We've had really good with our BDubs locations the last few visits. Bartenders are very attentive, food is quick and fresh, and there's always a few specials or variety of new seasonal beers and drinks. The plethora of sports on is an obvious plus too.

Empty restaurant, hostess sat us down 15 minutes after waiting.
Our waiter, (Christy) waited another 20 minutes before giving us menus and giving us drinks. And our food took 30 minutes before coming out and IT WAS ALL COLD!
Our waiter was horrible and avoided eye contact, dropping cups and utensils at our table and mixed up most of our orders.
We also asked for drinks 3 times over the entire meal and never got them.

Only reason why it’s higher than a one is because of one person, he was doing his job and everybody else’s job. Jack sat us down, took our orders, made sure we had everything, refilled our drinks w/o us asking, he wasn’t never just standing around talking, he was cleaning and organising the restaurant as well as refilling the ice. He was polite all the way through even though it wasn’t his section to serve. Overall jack was a great employee who took over his coworkers duties. #blessupjack

They're getting too aggressive in my opinion on price (and out of touch with competition). Six bucks for a domestic draft. That was a bad taste.
Again great time was had by all. We went for the fantasy nfl football league. They're the best place to go for the fantasy leagues. They even give you a ring for the winner. I highly recommend this place

Abbey was AMAZING. I had a fantastic afternoon lunch with my partner. Abbey was timely, a pleasure to chat with, and on top of our needs the moment they arose. The food was great. My partner and I branched out of our normal orders and it worked in our favor. The 9.99 endless apps was awesome! Grateful I came in today!

Abigail NEEDS to be fired ASAP. the service was HORRIBLE. while walking into this establishment, a WONDERFUL family of 3 held the door open for my party of 6-7 people. we proceeded into the building and was sat in ABBYS section. it started off well with her asking if we wanted any beverages, i got a dr pepper. let me just say, IT WENT DOWNHILL FROM THERE. after drinks we're served, she didn't come back for about 10 minutes. she then asked what we would like to eat. we ordered the endless appetizers. getting the food took FOREVER. she was NO hurry to deliver our food. while eating our first course, ONE other table was sat. we were to ONLY tables in her entire section. she would constantly check on the other table but rarely come to ours. later on, while ordering our third round, she left our table while we were still ordering, leaving us with only one appetizer. we then told her we would like the check and to split it two ways. she brought over the check and left and proceeded to not come back for 30 MINUTES. our money was even on the table. by then, the other table had left. during those 30 minutes, she was taking her SWEET TIME cleaning up the other table, making it squeaky clean and walking around doing nothing. when she FINALLY came back and asked if we were ready to pay (as if we weren't ready 25 minutes ago) we got to pay and get out of there at last.

It’s usually a good wing experience and food is solid. Customer service is slow often incompetent. Prepare for your order to be delayed or incomplete.
