The service was kind of disappointing. We waited near the front to be seated for several minutes without anyone greeting us - there was no one up front other than the person bringing out carry out orders every once in a while. When they finally did address the line of people that had formed, it was curt and not very friendly. After being seated and ordering, we had to ask for place settings after our food arrived as well as plates. The food tasted really good though.

February 11/2024 super ball game the traditional wings I ordered at 7:50 pm aand they were ready at 8:15 were really dry and some of them not even wings anymore they were too skinny sorry to comment but don’t know what happen with this restaurant, it is not like it used to be.

Everyone was crammed into 1 section of the restaurant, while the other half was completely empty. While I was there, I saw 4 other tables whose orders got messed up (3 tables were brought the wrong food, and 1 table had to ask 2 separate times for their appetizer after their food had already been served). My table was no exception... the food came before the appetizer did, my drink sat empty on the table for almost the duration of the meal, and the waitress only came to the table once. This particular location also had a different menu than another BWW one town over. Will not return here again.

I ordered online for pick up for my lunch when I came my order had been taken by a Doordash person instead of taking off the proper labeled shelf. The gentleman who realized this quickly made sure they made my order again. He kept apologizing when it wasn't even his fault. Super nice staff. Food is always fresh and yummy. Love this location.

This location is MUCH MUCH MUCH better than the Algonquin location! Our last eight or ten visits to Algonquin have been absolutely terrible! The management at Algonquin are horrendous, never any servers, always a long wait, food portions are small and it usually takes us 2-3 hours to get our food in a seemingly empty location (in Algonquin) but the Crystal Lake location is amazing and completely different! Food is hot and fresh. We were seated at a table right away. No wait. We got our drinks right away and our food came extremely quickly and was hot and delicious! This is how Buffalo Wild Wings should be! It’s worth driving an extra 20 minutes to go to this restaurant location because Algonquin is terrible and has been terrible for the past 2-3 years now. Crystal Lake is a great restaurant with amazing staff and the food is excellent!Kid-friendliness: This location is very “kid friendly” but the Algonquin location is not. The servers and managers do a much better job at this location.
Went there for lunch on 12/20/2023 got there at 11:40 only 1 bartender and no servers we’re working No manager to be found helping out I finally got a beer at 12:00 then waited 1/2 hr before I was asked for another beer, I said I’ve been sitting here for a half hr waiting to order food, paid for my beer and went and got lunch somewhere else and ate it at my desk, that manager needs to be fired for sitting on their a— and not serving customers, that is how they get paid selling food and beer if you can’t get it then why go there.

Great beer and mixed drinks selection. We ordered the wings and they were really good. There wasn’t much of an atmosphere or vibe due to it being late afternoon on a Tuesday.. however, the bartender was extremely nice and the restaurant was very clean. Plenty of TV’s to watch any game on. Go Hawks!
We just waited longer to get the tots that you forgot from my kids meal than it took you to make the entire meal for 4 people.

Loved our server !! Her name is Liz….she was very attentive, friendly and checked in with us multiple times …Great asset to the restaurant …As for the atmosphere….. I was freezing the entire time I was there … I had my jacket zipped up and my hood over my head … and I noticed everyone around us was also wearing their jackets/ coats while eating …The other thing that I must mention …. The greeter who seated us…… you really need a friendly energetic person to greet people when they walk in …. This girl did NOT smile, seemed very downtrodden , and seemed to me like she didn’t want to be there. …. If I managed or owned this restaurant that is not the type of person I personally would want at my restaurant .

B-Dubs used to be really good. However, recently, I'm not sure if it's poor staff quality or just poor customer service, but they've gone downhill. Today, I ordered take out, and they got my order wrong, but I made the mistake of not checking before I left. So I had to come back and get my order fixed. When I arrived, I was told that they had put the wrong ticket on the wrong bag. Now, instead of giving me new warm food, I was given the food that had been sitting for 30 minutes. So I paid good money to eat cold food. If I go back to Buffalo Wild Wings, it won't be the one in Crystal Lake.
