This has been my go to Burger King that I drive thru on my way home from work. It had always been outstanding until today. I ordered 2 crispy tacos, 2 bacon whopper Jr’s, mushroom Swiss melt and8 pieces churro fries. The tacos were crisp at top edge but middle was not cooked all the way. They were so greasy as well as churro fries. Grease was all over the burgers that were underneath the fried items. I had to place them upside down on paper towels to drain the oil off. I had a puddle of grease on my table. I live in McHenry. Too far to drive back to Crystal Lake to fix order. It just needed more time in the fryer. I will go back but will check my order while I’m there to make sure it’s cooked right. Employees are very nice!!

Mediocre and subpar at best. We have been here numerous times. There is always a general manager screaming in the back, food is always missing or cold, and is always different. Just tried the cheesy melts today… bread not toasted at all, and the chicken fries are half the size??? Doesn’t make sense and not worse what was spent on it
