I came here on Friday, November 28, 2025 while I was in that part of Crystal Lake and it was really positive for my first time there. It was a slow lunch time on Black Friday and the employees were really positive and nice. You could tell how happy they were when the regulars arrived periodically. The food was good and I was even given a free coupon by one of their regulars which was sweet. (Written 12-6-25)

I was very disappointed at this location and the workers who were working a few days ago. I came to this location later in the day. Me and my boyfriend just wanted a snack to snack on so we got their jalapeño cheddar bites. They say they had to make more that if we can pull up to the side and wait we waited 10 minutes for A 20 piece 10 in each bag. We didn’t mind because they would be Fresh so we thought the first bag was fine. My boyfriend had an all his I was letting mine cool down because I thought they were fresh. When I went to get take a bite, they were hard as can be uneditable. I was very upset because why was I told that they were gonna be fresh and waited 10 minutes for a 20 piece of jalapeño bites. If they had touched a single one of the old ones They would tell that it was an edible and hard and they should’ve thrown those away but instead, they served it too me. . I work at a deli even I know that Something has been sitting there too long to throw it out and make fresh ones..

I was there Friday night on the 24th to be exact. Jessica took my order in drive thru and she was so helpful. I then pulled up to the window and she was so full of life and happy. She asked my kids if they wanted a crown and that put the biggest smiles on their faces. I will be coming back and I hope she is there to greet me again.

Tried ordering the Halloween Sunday today, 10/26/2025, and the guy tells me they are out of all the ingredients and aren’t selling them anymore. I’m sure that’s the case, more than a week before Halloween. If this was a mega popular item sure, but it’s not. Lazy employees not working until the end of their shift. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Girl with green hair has wonderful customer service and I thank her for that. I went through the drive-thru for my lunch break and she recommended the Cinni Minis and they were so delicious. They were exactly what I needed to get through my work day.

I was just there a little while ago, I went in the drive thru the girl taking the order was really loud and kind of slurring her words. I get to the window and it’s the same loud girl with green hair and piercings on her face. She gives me my food and I got hit with the scent of beer! I get to my job because I was on my lunch break we only get 30 min and come to find out I didn’t get at all what I ordered! I didn’t have enough time to come back I just ended up throwing it away and got something from the vending machine. Not a pleasant experience, $20 wasted. I’ll be going elsewhere next time.

Some of us can only afford even fast food every once in a while, so when I get it I would like it to not be disgusting. Not the case with this place. The hash browns were twice cooked and stale as hell and the burrito felt new but somehow also old, I wonder if they gave us reheated food that someone didn’t grab because this is inedible. If I wasn’t on my way to a hospital I would have gone back and complained. But I bet these guys get that all the time.
