Chilos is a great down to earth Mexican restaurant. Not a chain.
Staff is friendly and courteous!

Let’s start with the parking lot, when you arrive at the restaurant the parking lot feels very awkward, feels like you are going on a one way street, hard to turn around and get out on a busy night. When we first walk in the restaurant no one greeted us for a few minutes we were just standing by the door and employees were just walking by us and made everything a bit weird, the restaurant and its employees looked very unorganized. The food plates have a very good presentation but is lacking on flavor. Also I felt like the prices were a bit high, I paid about $200 for a family of 4 (2 adults 2 teenagers) my wife and I had a cocktail and a beer each.

Disappointed with the service I received, or didn’t receive, at Chilos Mexican Grill today. I placed my online order on their website, and when I arrived 30 minutes later, the lady at the front didn’t know what I was talking about when I told her I was picking up my order. When I told her I placed it online, she walked away and checked another computer, and must have realized that there was a web order there. She started to manually place the order and charge me for the food, and I asked her if I needed to wait for the food or if it was ready to go. She said it would be a 5 minute wait, but I decided to walk out and go somewhere else. I was pressed on time, and although I was in the mood for a chimichanga, I had to sacrifice that craving and settle for mediocre Taco Bell. Atleast they got my mobile order right. 🤷🏽♂️🌮

The steak chimichanga was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The quesa birria tacos were just as enjoyable and incredibly satisfying. Portions were generous and filling. The waitress was warm and attentive, which made the experience even better. This place has quickly become our go to spot for Mexican food.

2nd time at the restaurant. Quite surprised at the quality, as compared to what we had a few years ago during COVID times. We had the quesabirria tacos and texas burrito, dinners. Chips and salsa to start. Big portions. $42 for two dinners with soda. We highly recommend it. We will definitely go there again. See pictures.

I have to give these guys 5 stars. Food is very good, great portions, it's made from scratch, salsa also is fresh. Great service, they had the fireplace on so it was very cozy. We will be back!

We ate lunch here on a Saturday. It was not very busy and we were offered to sit wherever we wanted.
We ordered Chorizoqueso and guacamole for appetizers. They both came quickly. They were fresh and delicious. The chunky pico de gallo salsa was fresh and relatively mild. The small containers of red and green sauces were spicy and delicious. I particularly liked the red sauce.
My wife had shrimp tacos and I had Bistec de Diablo. Both were fresh, well made and delicious. The Diablo sauce lived up to its’ nombre’ and was very spicy.
The portions were huge we barely ate half of our main meals.
The service was fantastic and the waitress very friendly.
The next time we will save space for dessert, which looked delicious in the pictures too.
We highly recommend Chilo’s!
