First time we went there food was great, service was extremely fast. I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothie... was not a good idea, it tasted funny. We went back a couple of days ago, well, we won't be back. Food was eh, my significant other sent his food back because it was that bad. ( The waitress took it off the bill... which was nice) I asked for my eggs to be over medium, it was served to me over easy. Oh, when we walked in... it smelled funny. Idk, check it out for yourself. 🤷♀️

It was our second visit and unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We took a seat, waited about 10 minutes until someone greeted us. The waitress seemed rushed and lost. Ordered our drinks and were brought the wrong drinks and food as well. They forgot our main dish and waited 15 mins more for it. Will not be coming here again.

Amazing service! Very fast, the food tasted great, huge portions for very cheap! Definitely recommend. Many options and a kids menu as well. 15$ for 2 or 3 meals is a steal! Also very comfortable chairs.

First thing I noticed when I walked in was the great atmosphere and music, immediately lifting me up on a chilly Sunday morning, the service was wonderful and the food somehow was even better. I absolutely will be coming back and bringing as many people as I can fit in my car.
This place is adorable! We came for brunch and the service was great! The food came quickly and it was very good! I will definitely be telling people about this place and bringing my family here!

All three of us agreed that our server Yuri, was so patient, pleasant and helpful while we looked over the extensive menu. The two sides choices were better than any other place we have ever seen. Thank you, Yuri for making our first visit a wonderful one. Carlos Pancake House is a a place you try soon.

This entire conversation happened in Spanish- I just wrote in English *** I used to love coming here. This place has gone down the drain. Ordered 2 shakes and finally after waiting for 15 mins for them- I politely reminded our waitress that we hadn’t received yet. To which she’s rudely responded “oh yeah it’s going to be a while. There’s no ice right now” nd runs off. I usually would’ve been understanding of this situation if I had been told prior to me asking. But then I quickly realized this was a lie since multiple glasses of water had ice. In fact, after I chased her down to let her know her we just wanted waters-a shake came out for a table that arrived after we had. Will not be coming back and will definitely let everyone we know to not step foot here. After waiting to speak to the owner for 20 minutes I ended up leaving because it was clear that either he was not told I was waiting or he did not want to speak with a customer? So incredibly disappointed
