I had a drive through experience at Chick Fil A on Monday, February 3rd, 2025. It was very quick and easy, we were through the line in less than ten minutes. We got enough food for the family and I really enjoy the atmosphere and definitely would keep coming back, it is one of the best places to get chicken in Crystal Lake. I also love the fact that Chick Fil A is closed on Sundays although I do have a little bit of disappointment when I suggest we go to Chick Fil A on a Sunday only to remember they are closed!
Vegetarian options: Despite options for vegetarian options it is mostly chicken.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, with a play place!
The chicken on my sandwich was no good do better 1-8-25 will not be coming back

Always a great experience at the Crystal Lake CFA! Recently placed a catering order - everything was delicious, hot, ready on time and, as always, the staff were wonderful!
Used the app to order for curbside pick up since I figured it'd be faster than going through the drive thru. Got there, tapped the "I'm here" button in the app and waited like 15 mins until I finally went in to ask about my order which was only a meal not multiple meals for the order to have taken so long. I noticed an order sitting in their counter and when I asked it was my order, who knows how long it sat there because when I got it it was cold. So I just spent near $13 on cold food that I had to wait for longer than I would've if I wouldn't have ordered ahead and instead went inside or the drive thru. They didn't even offer an apology for all the wasted time or wasted money on what was now cold food.

They messed up my order on 2 different mobile orders. Quite intresting yo get it wrong twice especially on mobile orders
Been to Chick-fil-A many times I have never had bad service and I’ve never had bad food and then a funny story. I saw a chicken and a biscuit stuff for breakfast and I thought who would do that and I tried one. They are amazing and I try to go often and get those, people are always friendly also
