Horrible ordered take out trio and got home to eat and the burgers were dry and looked old , but that was not the worst part what seemed to be string was wrapped around my chicken tenders.i will not go here again and waste my hard earned money.....

This review is completely dedicated to our server Lynette, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond. I can honestly say I have never been served this well anywhere.

She was so attentive, detailed when reading back our order, very informative about the dishes, and made sure everything came out exactly right. She stayed on top of refills, cleaned up plates as we finished, and checked in often without being overbearing.

Her service made the whole experience even better. She was professional, kind, and extremely attentive from beginning to end. She truly deserves to be recognized for her outstanding work and exceptional service and is a true asset to your team.

Oh wow I’m Chilis crazy! We love coming here with the kiddos, my little Bentley loves the chicken crispers! Our server Jacob was amazing, he was so personable and attentive and the bartender Nicole was so sweet! Love this location to pieces! 🤩

We went here for my husband’s Birthday dinner. Dinner was great, but the service was not. We informed our waitress of the birthday celebration and she said yes they would celebrate it with a dessert. There were numerous birthdays there tonight so we politely waited after my son also got a dessert. Turns out the waitress just decided to comp my son’s dessert and my husband got nothing acknowledged for his birthday. It ruined the excitement my kids were holding on to with having him acknowledged. Not happy and mad that I had already left a very generous tip that wasn’t deserved.

as a former sever myself im usually really picky when we go out. megan did an amazing job taking care of us tonight, both managers on shift were very accommodating when there was an issue with our order. everyone went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. best dining experience since moving here, we'll definitely be back again! keep it up guys!!

I love taking visits to Chili’s. We used to go visit a lot more when they ran events monthly for a cause I am close to as well as for previous deals. Overall it has stayed the same besides getting lesser crowds lately but we are very familiar with the staff at Chili’s and appreciate the warm inviting atmosphere. The food has never disappointed us and this was reflected once again during our latest visit on Saturday, November 15, 2025! We will definitely be back, it is in the “rotation” of Crystal Lake favorites! It is a restaurant we tend to like to visit after coming home from a trip, I’ve done it twice now! This is definitely one of our favorite local restaurants! We did have a 15 minute wait today but not too bad. (Written 11-23-25)

Chili's is always a solid choice for lunch and dinner. Although, like many restaurants, the trump economy is driving prices up everywhere and is making most parts of everyday life in the US unaffordable, including going out for lunch and/or dinner. WOW! $34 for a regular lunch with iced tea!!!
