My server was named Eryn and she was the best server! Always checked on us and asked if we needed anything. Super nice with a great smile. P.S. She deserves a raise!

as a former sever myself im usually really picky when we go out. megan did an amazing job taking care of us tonight, both managers on shift were very accommodating when there was an issue with our order. everyone went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. best dining experience since moving here, we'll definitely be back again! keep it up guys!!

I love taking visits to Chili’s. We used to go visit a lot more when they ran events monthly for a cause I am close to as well as for previous deals. Overall it has stayed the same besides getting lesser crowds lately but we are very familiar with the staff at Chili’s and appreciate the warm inviting atmosphere. The food has never disappointed us and this was reflected once again during our latest visit on Saturday, November 15, 2025! We will definitely be back, it is in the “rotation” of Crystal Lake favorites! It is a restaurant we tend to like to visit after coming home from a trip, I’ve done it twice now! This is definitely one of our favorite local restaurants! We did have a 15 minute wait today but not too bad. (Written 11-23-25)

Chili's is always a solid choice for lunch and dinner. Although, like many restaurants, the trump economy is driving prices up everywhere and is making most parts of everyday life in the US unaffordable, including going out for lunch and/or dinner. WOW! $34 for a regular lunch with iced tea!!!

The service is always good when I go to this location but their food is terrible. Those ribs are so tuff now and this is like the third time they’ve been bad. Their jalapeño sausage was terrible and dry. The fries were cold. For the prices and in this economy your food should be good because you will lose customers if you don’t give quality food. Although, the service is good I wouldn’t waste my money on this food again. I will say if you eat inside the restaurant the food is good but take out of some reason it’s always terrible. The ribs are terrible dining in or out.

We went to chilis for my daughters birthday and service was absolutely amazing. Our server was great, she made sure we had everything and never ran out of anything. Lol she was too good. The food however has gone down in quality and portions are a lot smaller than what they use to be and higher prices. And substantially higher. They also got rid of the white queso and replaced with a new dip! Not good at all and too watery! But at the end of the day it’s still chilis ti the core and still get that feeling when you walk in. Will always go back to chilis.halfback’s the family love it.

This Chilis is one of the better ones we've been to. We generally get the 3 for me deals and they are a great value, with leftovers to take home. Service is consistent and place is well kept.

Food is great, however for burgers and fries you have double the price, $25.00 for a single burger and fries. Too much, I will not pay for it again.

I had a fantastic dining experience! Staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Food was delicious - every dish was flavorful. I especially appreciated the excellent service provided by manager Rene, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I highly recommend Chilis in Crystal Lake!
