My family and I dined in for our daughter's 11th birthday meal per her request. Let me tell you all this location did not disappoint! The customer service was excellent. The management was attentive and greeted us also. Our server Ivan was absolutely killing it today. We will surely be back for another sunday outing. Thank you staff for an amazing visit.!

Always great service at the Crystal Lake location. Food always comes out in a timely manner. It is always the way we ordered. Great customer service. They have a great seating arrangement.

We had probably the BEST experience we’ve ever had at the Crystal Lake Chili’s this evening. It was my daughters 8th birthday and she chose this as her favorite restaurant. From the moment we sat down, every single person made her feel special. Our server Favi was wonderful the entire meal and the manager Joseph was incredibly attentive. He even comped our daughters’ meals! I think the entire server staff came out to sing to my daughter to the point where she started blushing and couldn’t stop smiling. Joseph gave us coupons for the next time we come in, and I can say we’ll definitely be back!

I've had good and very good experiences at Chili's but today at the Crystal Lake Chili's, I had the absolute best ever. My grown son came to visit me.When he said he had never been to a Chili's, we decided to go for lunch.
From our waitress, Maisy, to the food runners, and the manager, Joseph, all were excellent! Maisy, you're the best. Thank you for your patience and your great attitude. You're the best ! See you all again soon..*****

I came in tonight with a party of 10. The waitress messed of every single order. We were charged $4 per refill when no one told us that they were charging $4 per refill. The food quality is absolutely disgusting. The brisket burger tasted like it was made with plastic brisket. We used to bring our clients here for dinner but we will never return again. Our bill was just under $300 and we definitely got robbed.
