My family and I dined in for our daughter's 11th birthday meal per her request. Let me tell you all this location did not disappoint! The customer service was excellent. The management was attentive and greeted us also. Our server Ivan was absolutely killing it today. We will surely be back for another sunday outing. Thank you staff for an amazing visit.!
Always great service at the Crystal Lake location. Food always comes out in a timely manner. It is always the way we ordered. Great customer service. They have a great seating arrangement.

We had probably the BEST experience we’ve ever had at the Crystal Lake Chili’s this evening. It was my daughters 8th birthday and she chose this as her favorite restaurant. From the moment we sat down, every single person made her feel special. Our server Favi was wonderful the entire meal and the manager Joseph was incredibly attentive. He even comped our daughters’ meals! I think the entire server staff came out to sing to my daughter to the point where she started blushing...
