Chipotle Mexican Grill

Thought I would give chipotle another chance and was I wrong. The management here is horrible. The general manager does not care. He puts on a big show that he does, but he does not. He is rude and inconsiderate. There are plenty of other places to eat around here. Really don’t waste your time with the store in that general manager not worth time or effort.

The food has not been fresh for the last three visits, which was probably in a six weeks span.
The ingredients are thrown in the burrito bowl so fast but they’re not separated to enjoy the complete meal. They just need to slow down.

Ordered $10 worth of drinks and they were not in my order. Unacceptable for things to be missing when they are on the receipt.

Wasted 45+bucks tonight on 3 bowls.. meat ( chicken) so hard you can’t chew it. Carnitas dry! So much pico it’s ridiculous! Not to mention was cold!! Gross

This place has fallen apart. We used to order and come here all the time. The past three times we’ve ordered, they have messed up our order and in a really bad way. It’s like they don’t even read what the order is when it comes through or they don’t take the time or actually care. Whoever is in management needs to better evaluate the employees and make they are doing a good job, know what they are doing and what the expectations are, and making the orders correctly. We’ve always loved chipotle and its consistency but this location is the absolute worst. Three mess-ups in a month, barely filling the tortillas… we will go to a different location.

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to get Mexican food. That being said, Mexican food isn’t my first choice but we visited on Sunday, January 19th, 2025, and the food was delicious. There’s a running joke in my family that we bring all the people to Chipotle, as the line is NEVER busy when we arrive and then after we sit down to eat our meal, we look up and the line is full. My quesadilla was delicious, but not always filling. Tonight it was. My only slight complaint was that there was a significant lack of utensils like straws and lids and napkins but nothing crazy, nothing worth losing a whole star over. We made do with what we had. Thank you, Chipotle, for a nice dinner.

Genuinely unbelievable. I paid way too much for this burrito with extra items in it for it to be this pathetic.

save yourself the trouble and go to the chipotle in algonquin, this store always notorious for having terrible portion sizing

The need to fire whoever makes the burritos on online orders they mess it up every single time

They need to change their hours on Google My Business, says they're open at 10:30am, but their doors say 10:45am. Stood in the cold waiting for them to finally open the doors.

I ordered a burrito bowl & chips through Door Dash. I do not have an issue with driver.. I have in issue with the store and whatever person whoever did my burrito. I ordered carnitas- which I didn’t get. I ordered sour cream- which I didn’t get. I ordered fresh tomato salsa- which I didn’t get. I ordered romaine lettuce- which I didn’t get. I ordered chili salsa- which I didn’t get. Finally, I order corn salsa- which I didn’t get. It’s through DoorDash & it wasn’t the driver. What on gods name am I supposed to do now! It tastes like garbage.

The food was disgusting. I’ve never had a chipotle that tasted this awful and it’s sad! Even the queso was terrible and that my favorite part. They need to get someone to come in and figure out what they are doing wrong. Everything was terrible did not enjoy one bit of my food, waste of $30 DO BETTER !
