Chipotle Mexican Grill

The amounts of food we got per topping was very disappointing. I expected at least a spoon worth, and it was not even that. I asked for beans and could count how many I got that’s how little it was.

I wish they were more consistent with their portions. Always different everytime I go here. The lakemoore chipotle is a 5 star and is more consistent

Busy during lunch hours. Over all good. Chips were a little hard. But good serving amounts.

It's fast food in the end of the day, but a little step above in terms of quality.

Thought I would give chipotle another chance and was I wrong. The management here is horrible. The general manager does not care. He puts on a big show that he does, but he does not. He is rude and inconsiderate. There are plenty of other places to eat around here. Really don’t waste your time with the store in that general manager not worth time or effort.

The food has not been fresh for the last three visits, which was probably in a six weeks span.
The ingredients are thrown in the burrito bowl so fast but they’re not separated to enjoy the complete meal. They just need to slow down.

Wasted 45+bucks tonight on 3 bowls.. meat ( chicken) so hard you can’t chew it. Carnitas dry! So much pico it’s ridiculous! Not to mention was cold!! Gross

This place has fallen apart. We used to order and come here all the time. The past three times we’ve ordered, they have messed up our order and in a really bad way. It’s like they don’t even read what the order is when it comes through or they don’t take the time or actually care. Whoever is in management needs to better evaluate the employees and make they are doing a good job, know what they are doing and what the expectations are, and making the orders correctly. We’ve always loved chipotle and its consistency but this location is the absolute worst. Three mess-ups in a month, barely filling the tortillas… we will go to a different location.

Chipotle is one of my favorite places to get Mexican food. That being said, Mexican food isn’t my first choice but we visited on Sunday, January 19th, 2025, and the food was delicious. There’s a running joke in my family that we bring all the people to Chipotle, as the line is NEVER busy when we arrive and then after we sit down to eat our meal, we look up and the line is full. My quesadilla was delicious, but not always filling. Tonight it was. My only slight complaint was that there was a significant lack of utensils like straws and lids and napkins but nothing crazy, nothing worth losing a whole star over. We made do with what we had. Thank you, Chipotle, for a nice dinner.

Genuinely unbelievable. I paid way too much for this burrito with extra items in it for it to be this pathetic.
