One of the worst chipotles! Don't even bother ordering through their app and getting it delivered cause I don't think I have ever gotten a correct order from them! I went in to the store because, once again, my chips were missing. I have to drive about 15 minutes to get there so when I went in to get my CORRECT order, I asked that it be remade because between the time it took to get delivered, drive to the store, and then drive back home, my food would have been sitting for more than an hour. The girl I talked to said I would have to contact door dash and she would not remake my order. The problem wasn't door dash, it was your store who doesn't know how to put together a delivery order correctly. If this store actually knew what customer service was they would have apologized and remade my order for me. I worked for 5 years in food service and never once did a tell a customer who asked me to remake an order, when it was our fault, no! This store really needs new management or something cause this place has gone so down hill!

Super clean, great service. The only problem is that there are no changing stations in the bathrooms to change your baby's diaper I had to use my coat to lay my son down on the floor and had to leave not wearing it cause I ain't wearing a jacket that was on a public washroom floor. Other then that we really enjoyed our food and the cashier Samantha was super helpful!

The last two times we’ve gone to this location it’s been terrible. It’s chaotic on the line, the team is running back and forth, constantly out of ingredients or supplies, struggle to wrap burritos, etc. Moreover, the quality of the food is awful. Today the rice was all caked together, and meat (which we were barely given any of) was fatty and chewy. My husband and I both only ate half our food and threw the rest away. This place needs new management. Until then, we won’t go back.

i come here ALL the time and for the most part the staff is very friendly. i did notice there was a new girl tonight, she made my boyfriends burrito. when he asked for guac i will say she gave more than we usually get but again SHES NEW so shes learning, its not that big of a deal. but this blonde braid pig tail girl told her how it was way too much guac, showed her how she needed to do it and called her out all loud in front of us and other customers. like even if she gave too much guac, you don't call her out like that in front of customers. and she had such an attitude and was so rude. thats not how you train someone. you tell them nicely IN PRIVATE what they did wrong and how to do it the right away. you just don't embarrass someone like that in front of everyone.
