I haven't been to Chuck-E-Cheese in years and my children really enjoyed themselves. My granddaughter had her birthday here and it was really nice. The pizza was good but the salad was just ok. I like the new card idea so you don't have to lug around tokens and tickets as everything is done on the card that also has a wrist strap for kids.

Pretty nice restaurant. Don’t really eat there that much. All tho it’s fun to play the games it’s very expensive so save up ur money. Also rip the play place 😢 (also add Freddy fazbear maybe more visits)

Took kids and family for a reserved party...confirmed all details over the phone and once again when there. Staff was very apathetic to anything, I get it its young adults that have to work with kids all day but still. Paid for free drinks and told a staff member will come around to help with that...never did, we had to ho up and request drinks and then they wanted to charge us for the drinks we already paid for. Kept telling us drinks were for kids only, who do they think we were trying to get the drinks for. One of the kids bracelets wasnt working after 10 min, girl at counter told us to try a different game, we tried several and then we were asked by staff what we wanted them to do for us cause there was nothing they could do, ok cool so my birthday "star" I had to pay for a card for, you know since they already charged us for a non working one. Gave us a lighter for the candles on the cake, it was dead...asked for another one and whoever it was came over to make sure we knew how to use a lighter, really. Thats on top of the "forced" schedule. We paid for 2 hours of a reserved table, not to be told when we have to do cake, or that really the 2 hours of playtime was gonna be cut short by the fact they corral you to your table after the birthday show like hawks watching prey...in fact that was really the only time any of the parties were attended to by staff the majority of the time. If the place was packed I'd understand, but besides the 4 parties there of less than 8 kids each the place was practically empty. For a Saturday you think they would be chomping at the bit to show customer service and draw lasting customers, but alas no, theu would rather charge you $30 for a medium veggie pizza(btw who puts whole tomatoes and not sliced on a pizza anyway) and then buzz you to come get it 20 minutes after its out the oven and nice and cold. Save your money and sanity and find a place worthy of business as this place, once the jewel of the bday cicuit is well past its prime and does not care anymore.

Me and my family went today hoping to have a good time. The pizza was good but the drinks were disgusting, the lemonade and tea, tasted horrible. Half the games there were not working, with error codes or just not working in general. At the end once we looked at all our points after playing for an hour, my younger cousin got almost no points even though we know for a fact she got more, she only got 56. We nicely asked about it and the staff member just kept repeating how many points she got instead of trying to help out. We then asked another person which led to another person. The 3rd person was helpful but still wasn’t very understanding. We’ve been going here for a while now and over time I can see the place slowly losing its fun and positive atmosphere. Overall very disappointing, especially with how much we spent and the way we were treated.

Came here for my nieces birthday. This Chuck E Cheese is clean, and all the games actually worked. If the kids have a good time, it is all that really matters.

We attended a birthday party at this location on 12/7, and were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness, staff, and atmosphere. Props to the young male employee who constantly checked in on us, and also looked like he actually enjoyed his job, or at least was great with all of the chaotic kids.

We ate before going here. 5 kids and 3 adults. Only got bracelets for the kids ages 4-9. Still cost about $150 with a coupon. So a little pricy. But everyone enjoyed and was a great way to get them out of the house with the cold weather. Was grateful we'd eaten at home. And going there around 1:30 was a great time slot. Things were really getting busy as we were leaving.
