Employees were friendly smiling and happy to be there. This doesn’t happen everywhere you go. All games worked and place was clean. Great job! Employees are the reason I would visit again because the adults notice this. The kids don’t they just care about having fun.

We had such a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese! I want to give a special shoutout to Isabel, the manager, for her outstanding service and professionalism. She’s really good! She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that our group was having a great time. Isabel was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our visit special. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and in making guests feel welcome. Thanks to Isabel and her team for making our day so enjoyable — we’ll definitely be back!

The food was good, the place was clean and the staff were amazing. I’ve been to so many Chuck E. Cheese and this is the only one I’ve seen check the hands for the printed code when leaving. The guy at the front was really friendly and nice, he had a smile on his face all through. When we were leaving my kid was sad because he wanted the purple light shone on his hand again and we went up to him and he happily did it. I’ll recommend.

The staff was amazing! Everything was clean, family friendly, and well organized. We celebrated my daughter’s fifth birthday, and the party host really and truly took care of everything she was fantastic! Her efforts made it easy to just lean back and enjoy the occasion.

Don't bother getting the trampoline pass. You have to go get an attendant and it takes 15 or 20 minutes to come over and unlock it. It should just be a part of their standard play packages if they aren't able to have an attendant on duty consistently, not an additional charge.
Overall this place is clean and the games all work great. Birthday parties here are awesome too. Very affordable birthday packages. Staff is very friendly and consistently busy and working hard to keep kids happy and entertained.

Gabby was our birthday party host and she was AMAZING!!!! She was the best, she was so on top of everything and I didnt have to move a finger for my daughters birthday party! As a working mom, thats EXACTLY what I paid for!! If you're on the fence about spending the money for the party, please just do it! You wont be disappointed, especially when you have Gabby as your host!!!

Good afternoon! We are clients of a children's club, my son is 6 years old and has autism. He cannot wear bracelets. I bought him time to jump on the trampoline and my son was forbidden to jump on the trampoline today because he does not wear a bracelet. I tried to put the bracelet on his leg but my son refused because he is not comfortable because his body is very sensitive. We were always allowed not to put on the bracelet and we spent time on the trampoline. But today he was forbidden to jump on the trampoline and my son cried a lot and I cried with him. Because I do not understand how you can kick a child out and not allow a child to jump on the trampoline because of this trifle. I am very upset by the behavior of your employee. And I do not want to come again, but how to explain to my son that we will not go there again

Horrible party experience. Paid for a premium package which include host for the party. Host was gone for 90% of the time. She only brought us pizza and kids drinks. Couldnt get a hold of her. After serving pizza, she asked if we needed anything else. I sugfested fetting drinks for some of the parents. She said ok and left. Came back 35 min later for something else. Goodie bags for kids also included in the package were never handed out. Horrible, horrible service. Please stay away from this place.

Not enough employees to make this place at all enjoyable. You wait in line to get in, wait in line to buy the trampoline pass, wait for someone to open the trampoline, wait in line to order food or a water, then you have to serve yourself. Then wait in line for the prize counter. I have 4 kids and could not run around with them and enjoy the games or help them to not lose their card (which one did) because I was constantly waiting on ourselves. As a parent you want to go somewhere to not have to do all that. Please hire more people if your answer is we cant find people. Then offer them more money. There are plenty of people willing to work, they just want a living wage.
