absolutely horrific location , i usually give the benefit of the doubt to retail and restaurant workers, but the employees and management here are an embarrassment. Rude and snobby employees seem to be the only one taking orders, and it’s clear to see a lot of them even hate eachother. you can hear arguing and name calling at most hours of the day here. Also rampant homophobia as told by a known ex-employee. This all not to mention the fact that my strawberry smoothie had globs of brown sandy residue at the bottom last time i was there. (key word: last time) disgusting establishment with an embarrassing staff

Went out after a game of golf and was nice and enjoyable for. Quick Chai latte or if you like coffee. Little expensive for a Muffin at $6 or so

Loving Conscious Cup! The food is excellent and the coffee is soooo good. The staff is very friendly (s/o barista Emma!) and service is quick. What more could you ask for! Bravo CC :)

A must go-to for coffee/café connissures. The Seventh Heaven latte is the perfect balance of sweet flavors without going overboard on the sugar. I paired my latte with the Amarillo Chipotle sandwich. An absolutely delicious spicy twist on the classic bacon, egg, and cheese. Jesse helped me decide on the order and I'm so glad he did. The staff were kind, professional, and most importantly know what they are doing with their food and drinks. 10/10

Seriously the best coffee I have ever had. But the coffee isn’t the only amazing thing about the place. The atmosphere, the look, and the very lovely baristas. The manager Jesse was really helpful helping me pick out what I would like. Really great experience!

First time trying this place. Will be my last. The fact they charge almost $9 for their sandwiches and it tastes flavorless is mind blowing frustrating! $26 for 2 sandwiches & a coffee and everything tasted horrible. Hopefully I get a kick from the mehh tasting coffee to make up for 2 sandwiches I just tossed cuz they were just gross.

Coffee here was very fresh. Not just brewed but roasted. They no longer roast in the shop,, they explained to me but have a larger roaster close by that does it for them at their specifications. Highly recommend.

WoW. Didn’t expect this Caliber of coffee experience in the suburbs. They are an on site roaster, barista extremely knowledgeable and some of the best coffee art I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot! I had a perfectly created Cordado, wife was introduced to a new Tea and enjoyed. Picked up a bag and will update after I try it out for the office coffee club. Also had a fresh baked scone, still warm, ultra yum. It’s a great space to enjoy a beverage and fresh baked treat!

I got spider bites in the corner of the room during my last visit. I dropped my computer mouse, and when I reached into the corner to retrieve it, a spider bit me. Upon closer inspection, I saw 5-6 spiders in that corner. The place needs to be cleaned thoroughly. I'm not coming back under these conditions.

The manager Lilly gave my wife and I great service today. We'll definitely be back based on the customer service we received

1st stop on the McHenry County Coffee and Tea trail and what a wonderful find!! Ordered a hot 7th heaven latte and it was divine!!! Will definitely be back!!
