During my visit on 9/24/25, I ordered 3 mini cookies for me and my 2 young daughters. My kiddo dropped the box and ruined one of the cookies. Without hesitation, an associate offered to replace the cookie and packaged it so very nicely. Customer service at its finest and rare nowadays. Well done!

The cookies are always delicious here! It’s a little pricey for what it is though. You are more so paying for the experience of crumbl than out of this world desserts. But every once in a while, it’s a pretty good treat! We really like to try the new release cookies! It just kind of stinks when they are out of stock/sold out. And this location tends to run out first among the locations in the area.
