Everything was delicious. Just a little concerning that when ordering a Concrete Mixer, the girl didn't know what Maraschino Cherries were! Maybe kids don't put cherries on ice cream anymore?!?

Flew in last night from Las Vegas and on the way home my sister’s said I have to try the crispy chicken sandwich. Move over Chick fil-A, Culver’s has you beaten. There chickem was plump and juicy.-oh did I mention it was made fresh and tasty as H E double sticks at 9:50 pm at night.

Missing items every time I order for drive thru. If I don't literally dig every item out of the bag to verify, sure enough I will be short a fry or cheese curd. This has happened at least 5 times. Will be ordering from the Woodstock location from now on.

I visited the Crystal Lake Culver’s on Saturday, May 24th, 2025. I am an avid fan of Culver’s and I have visited 35 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and Kentucky. As a resident of Crystal Lake I visit this Culver’s very regularly. The food was excellent and the service was quick. I definitely recommend the ice cream and the chicken. 5/5 I will definitely be back very soon. (Written 6-3-25)

The staff at this Culvers was very compassionate. I brought a handicapped person with me, and the server went so far as to help pour her drink. And the manager came over to greet us.
They were busy and still mad either happen didn’t take long either I was so surprised. Foods always delicious great workers great food thank you

Food was great! The order taker was great on the tablet...very thorough, accurate, and efficient. The person delivering the food was surly. She didn't bring my drink with the order and when I asked if I could please get my drink, she acted like I was really putting her out...no apology for the mistake she made and I felt like I was a nuisance to her.. Visited on Sunday, May 18 around 12:45pm.

They just cannot get my order right. Even when i told them that they ALWAYS mess up my order. Like what the heck. I understand if there is a mistake once in a while but EVERYTIME?! Please train your employees better. Attention spans are lacking.
