I'm a creature of habit so I always get the same old thing Oreo blizzard, but today my world was turned upside down by this amazing person behind the counter who suggested extra Oreo... Mind Blow and definitely digging the new design very chill.
I've been eating Dairy Queen since I was a little girl. I love this place! The remodel looks great! Staff is always friendly and they always recommend the best, delicious treats. My go to place!

Lady wasn’t nice and my blizzard wasn’t a blizzard it was ice cream with three cookie dough pieces
I hate dairy queen…. I was craving a blizzard dairy queen says it’s open online so I drive ALL THE WAY TO DQ for it to be closed. Update your online hours cause this is unacceptable. I didn’t wanna have to drive to Dq to see a sign on the door saying closed.

10/10 service they were open late to get a good ice cream fix. And the workers were so sweet and helpful! Thank you Dairy Queen for doing such a great job. Ice cream was fantastic

I've never had a bad experience they're always very quick the ice cream is always the same delicious and they just remodeled the inside of the place so it looks great

I showed up after a long day, just needing some good ice cream. I found a coupon for buy one get one free blizzard coupons (which is why I went here in the first place) . I pull up and there's a line out the door. I think to myself it's not that bad I'll just wait a few minutes, it'll be with it. The line is moving pretty slow. It's probably been about 15 minutes before I'm even standing near the door. I was going to call a quits but I was already invested. The prices were about a dollar more for every size than anywhere else. Then I get to the counter to order, it seems that there is only one employee, which would explain the wait. I try to have some empathy because we've all been in an understaffed estaishment before. I show her the coupon while I'm ordering. She tells me that they don't accept the coupons at this location. So I've waited 30mins to order, the prices are higher than any other dq I know of in this area(about a dollar difference) , and now she won't accept the coupon I was trying to use. Not that it mattered for me because I wasn't sitting anyway, but there were only two tables (3 people max total) and one bench seat. 2 LG classic blizzards was over $15. She said there is a sign on the door that states we don't use the app. To be fair, I saw it on the way out. It was a hand written note on a sheet of paper. There was also a note about being out of hot dogs on the same sheet. But with the line the way it was, I didn't see it on my way in. I'm just disappointed that I wasted so much time. I could have gone to any other location around me and made it back quicker than that one (which is closest to me). I'm trying to be empathetic, but I feel my time was utterly wasted. I probably will just take a little extra time to go to a different one next time.

So I just wanted to share my/my sister's experience, and will probably eventually delete/update this review should I have a better experience next time. So my sister ordered take out through the drive thru a couple weeks ago, and they were out of pretty much everything food-wise, what they did have (hot dog with a topping or two) tasted like it has been under a warmer for hours, but what bugged me the most is that my sister said that the girl helping her was rude and acted like she was bothered by her ordering (and my sister is the nicest person on the planet). Customer service is everything, so I think it would be good for management to be aware that this is what their customers are met with.
They recently updated the counter area so that looks nice but everything else looks outdated. The employee seemed like she was annoyed we didn't know what we wanted to order right away. I think the prices are getting out of hand also. Haven't been there in a while and probably won't be back anytime soon.

Free cone day slaps. The 2 employees were also wonderful, especially while dealing with such a crowd and regular stream of customers, particularly young kids.
