Accidently placed my order for two hours later than I wanted it.. called the store after I got no where on the app and they fixed it right away! Order was ready at the time I really wanted it!!

They were really busy tonight with a few large orders and every single employee was working hard doing a great job bringing pizza to the people. Your hard work is noticed and appreciated!

I ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch, pizza, and it seems as though because it was so busy the quality was less and less with every order that came out. I understand that sometimes things can be overwhelming for these workers, but I also know that quality over quantity is very important lesson for managers to teach their employees. Now that wouldn’t happen because it seems that the people that work here care very little about the position that they have. The managers are slobs and so are the cooks. No work ethic, and absolutely no integrity is shown in the food. I have never had a pizza so dry in my life. Domino’s is great just avoid the Crystal Lake location at all costs. I even see the manager’s responding. I appreciate your feedback and what not, but they’re not gonna do anything with the feedback. That cook will still be back there, touching his boogers and giving you the food, obviously cares very little about the quality of what they’re bringing out. For whatever reason it doesn’t even matter, I’ve worked in the food industry, and it’s not hard to put the items or ingredients that the person paid for. I should not have paid $23 for a pizza that had barely any of the ingredients that I had ordered. And on top of that, I asked for specifications for my pregnant fiancé, just for them to do the exact opposite of what I asked. It was extremely hard to swallow, I’m not even kidding you I had a gallon of water right next to me. Of course I ate it because I paid $23 for it… I don’t even wanna hear anything about the management making excuses for this bad service, and bad Food. It’s not just my opinion, a lot of people in the Crystal Lake community. Do not want to eat here because they do not care about what they’re cranking out. It could be the most busiest day of my life, and I’m gonna make my absolute best effort to do things in a time, efficient manner, and crank out food that people ordered. If you ask for no garlic, don’t put garlic, if I ask for spinach, put spinach, I don’t know if you guys know how much the vegetables are as add-ons, but it’s not cute… I hope that maybe one day sucky cooks will not work at these restaurants for years when they don’t even deserve to have stayed for more than an hour. I’m disgusted that my own fiancé could not eat or barely enjoy her meal because of a couple of people‘s inability to care about what their job Requirements are. Just shut down the place..

Employee was in a bad mood and rude. I had made 2 orders on the app and he claimed that i had only made 1. Instead of simply checking the order screen above him or checking the incoming receipts. Good food horrible management.

Used to work here. At one point they had a form to sign about ordering the company joggers. Went ahead and did it so I could be comfortable at work. Keep in mind this joggers are 65-70$ taken out of your paycheck. I stopped working there abt 4 days later. Called the company about a week after that asking about the pants I paid for , Allen claimed the clothing company threw them out. That doesn’t happen. He threw them out with no type of communication letting me know they arrived. I asked if I can get my refund for the pants then seeing as it was deducted out of my paycheck and didn’t get the pants. He got defensive and rude and told me “this isn’t an issue for me this is an issue for Trish” (area manager) I tried to call Trish theee times straight to voicemail, called the owner and left a message still nothing. Employee at Woodstock even stated u aren’t the only person this has happened to. I hope they can figure this out or I WILL take the next legal steps
Second time ordering here. My dad’s pizza was so soggy we had to put it in the air frier, wasn’t customized or anything. He ordered it well done. He ordered two sandwiches, one chicken bacon ranch and one buffalo. The chicken ranch one had buffalo sauce on it. So they used the same spreader on both sandwiches. I love dominos but this one in Crystal lake just doesn’t do their job well any more.

Like who hasn’t received their pizza you or me, I should be the one who is angry.
I'm writing in regards to store # 2786. I met with your employee Jon K at 9:10pm on 7/9/2024 and he was an excellent employee. He explained things I was unsure of with ease and politeness and I appreciated his customer service above and beyond; especially after the day I had. It was extremely refreshing and he was a great employee.
The manager I think is a really nice guy. They messed up the order but the manager has very good people and cordnation skills where he gave me the heads up and then made a new one also gave me the messed up one. The 5 minutes I was in side waiting didn’t seem like a long time either just because the whole team was doing stuff and I was on top of it. The communication between the employees was great they were all on the same wavelength on knowing what to do. Friday June 7th 10:00

Dietary restrictions: I am vegetarian as soon as he said that he was very much on top of the dietary guidelines. Great staff and manager!!

I came into dominos, a person by the name of Adam took our order , helped tremendously, and assisted us in our ordering, fantastic worker and an all around amazing personality! And was even kind enough to bring the food out to us when it was ready!
