I ordered the hot chocolate. When I opened the lid it was just water and all the powder was solid on the bottom and I had to stir it myself. I called to ask about it and they said the machine was broken. If the machine was broken then you shouldn’t have served it, you should’ve told me so I wouldn’t have to order it. I know it’s not the staff and server’s fault but it’s the managements fault for not repairing it and now the young workers have to face the customers and they get blamed for it.

I ordered a large coffee and when I told the kid behind the counter that I ordered a large I was completely ignored I’d go back to get my refund but I already know Dunkin won’t do anything about it and tell me to just email them which I won’t just fair warning people who go to this place to go elsewhere

Been here 4 times on my way to clinicals and have been let down all 4 times! I get a coffee and a avacado toast with bacon (or so I thought). 5 bucks for some room temp toast and a half of a crushed peice of bacon. Ha the WORST dunkalatte I've ever had yesterday and today I ordered a large Mint chocolate chip frozen coffee... the woman working was FAR TO BUSY talking on the phone to be bothered with getting my order right. Not to mention the SLOWEST dunking I have ever been to each time! Glad I won't have to come back this way again. Do better! Its too early to be messing people's morning up before they even start. Hope you had a nice chat with your friend while at WORK!

Terrible experience. Ordered in drive through and it was messed up. We ordered 2 coffee drinks and 2 bottled drinks. Got to the window and paid with app, with plenty of available funds after the transaction, then they yelled that we didn't pay for one of the drinks. Evidently they didn't have it on our order but still managed to know they needed to make it and gave it to us.
