Went inside because we were not familiar with menu. That was a mistake. Stood in the empty front counter waiting for service. While 3 employees worked the drive thru. So we decided to use the kiosk of which I order a wrap with no cheese and other items. Paid with no way to get receipt.
Then waited and watched a car that pulled up at the end of the long line for the drive thru. Waited and watched patron come in complaining about waiting for drinks and had to tell employee where his drinks were.
Saw car from end of line get their items and leave.
Finally received our items and left to get cheese on my item of which I cannot eat because I’ll get sick.
The atmosphere seemed pretty tense and a new employee asking questions and justifying to a lady why he was asking questions which were very valid. I felt so bad for him.

Horrible horrible horrible ! The few times that I have been here they always give me the wrong drinks never what I ask for! Today I came in for a hot latte and I got a hot coffee instead! Waste of money and coffee was very cold! Terrible service. Wanted to give them a. Try again but honestly never again will come to this location! Staff is not friendly at all!!!! 😡 always rushing!

went in with my clients from an IDD community and it seemed like one of the staff started to record us. she had her phone right up and when confronted she quickly defended herself and said something about taking orders. not sure why her phone had to be up and facing us to take orders though, just really hope that my clients aren’t being privately recorded against their will for simply existing! also the tables are ALWAYS dirty when i am there.

bruh tis place is rude they ain’t even offer to fix my drink after i told them it was wrong. they said “no you said regular” when i wanted lemonade dragon refresher. like u could’ve just fixed it 🤷♀️

Can’t get an order right after the second time. Got a dismal and short attitude when I arrived the first time. Only gave me 2/3 of my order and told me that was it. Came back after getting home and realizing 2 things were missing. Came back to them doubting me that I didn’t receive the items. Then I still don’t get the exact items I ordered when they tried to make it right. At least give me what I paid for considering I had to spend twice the gas to make up for your mistake.
Kid-friendliness: They are not kind or friendly. Just teenagers who don’t care and an Indian man who hates hit job.

Went to this location, asked for an almond spice. The worker said 'Pumpkin spice'. I didnt care enough to correct her so I just said sure. I like Pumpkin Spices anyways. She asks if I want cream and sugar, which I thought were just included. Odd, but whatever. I pull up to the window, and it's just the plain drink. When I ask for whipped cream, the worker rolls their eyes and goes to add whipped cream, tacking on $0.35. Im modifying this drink at home. It wasnt stirred at all and its missing the carmel on top, but the workers standoffishness made me just want to leave. So leave I will, since you guys dont want to fix a drink for the ONLY person in the drive thru line on a Wednesday morning.

When I ask for easy ice and extra sugar and you fill my cup with ice and put hardly and sugar if any..it's mega frustrating. Simple requests shouldn't be ignored. There wasn't even anyone else there..now i know why. My drink is horrible and I'd never go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would bad customer service the lady that was at the register looked like she didn’t even wanted to be there did asked me how can she help me I was starting to order and my son was picking a donut when she just took off and left us to go do drive thru orders. At the end I guess the person that helped us was the manager but as well not the best customer service. My sausage, egg and cheese was still cold my husbands and my iced coffee was super sweet. I’m from out of town but if I lived here I would not come here again. NOT RECOMMENDED
