After I stood there for a good five minutes waiting for one of the six people standing behind the counter chatting, to take my order.... I got in my vehicle to drive home when each of my passengers informed me their order was wrong and what they did get was NOT good. The bagels were hard as a rock and the hashrounds were more like greasy mashed potato discs. Such a disappointment! At least they brought back the Kruellers.

I went there today and got a medium hot coffee I asked for the nutty pumpkin. The young lady said we don’t have that. Now it is listed on the menu. I asked do you have pumpkin and hazelnut she said yes . Ok I’ll take three pumps of each and cream . What I got a was pumpkin and toasted coconut. Then I’m drinking it and I got a mouthful of coffee grounds. Also it look a while to get the coffee no one was at the window. I spend a lot of money at dunking and it is happening more and more where my order is getting messed up. Unless it is early morning when a manager is there. Please have a talk with your high schoolers they need to do a better job.
