If you walk into this place before 11 AM, you will be ignored. Drive-through is the only way to get service here there’s even a sign saying use the kiosk. The workers will look at you several times and until you say excuse me, can I please get some help then they’ll tell you one minute and then your order will still take 10 minutes. Use the drive-through.

I’m done going here. Every time I get food it’s cold, like it wasn’t heat up all the way the middle is always so cold in their wraps. I’ve called before and mentioned it and tried getting it a couple times after and it’s still just thawed in the middle and cold. Not worth the money anymore

Probably the worst fast food location I e been to. Unless all you want is a quick coffee head elsewhere. I’m over the stale donuts form the previous day, missing food items and the final straw today, missing half the bread for my breakfast sandwich. Yep I got only one piece of sourdough.

Placed a mobile order 1-21. They forgot my donuts and my bagel wasn’t even cooked all the way. I tried it out because it was the nearest by my job. First and last time coming here

After I stood there for a good five minutes waiting for one of the six people standing behind the counter chatting, to take my order.... I got in my vehicle to drive home when each of my passengers informed me their order was wrong and what they did get was NOT good. The bagels were hard as a rock and the hashrounds were more like greasy mashed potato discs. Such a disappointment! At least they brought back the Kruellers.
