Came for an early lunch and this place was excellent! Quick service and food was perfectly seasoned and prepared. Amazing flavors. Enchiladas Suiza and Mole and both had plenty of sauce and meat. Margarita was excellent also.

Absolutely delicious authentic Mexican food.
Have been coming here for years before moving, and now after moving back (having been gone for 7 years) was SO GLAD to see this place still going strong.

Delicious guac. Great specials. Tortas, enchiladas, tostadas, huge burritos - you can’t go wrong with any of the food. Family friendly with a few kids meal options and they always get the kids food out quick - very important for those of us with hangry toddlers. 10/10 recommend.

If you are ever in the crystal lake area and have a huge burrito fix you need to take care of... I recommend el burrito! Food was on point the service was fantastic, super pleasant, and helpful. Even fixed my order when I made a mistake! Great place great people great food

Came back to Chicagoland from the PNW and knew I'd be needing some good Midwest mexican food since I don't get much out in Portland and my god did this place hit the spot, the pollo street tacos are top tier. Highly recommend. Staff was very kind and accomodating

Came in 8:50 on a Friday night and people were only seated waiting to get their meal. The host told me the kitchen closed and we can't be served. It's 10 min to close, you are still open. Worst service ever and I don't even want to try the food as they refused to even feed me daughter and I.

Definitely don't let the restraint name fool you. Their food is really good, friendly staff and best of all very reasonably priced! Especially during these times. For what you can spend at taco bell you can authentic Mexican food here. I would recommend to anyone local

A classic in Crystal Lake. We've been coming here for years. Many of the typical offerings and a few entrees with their own spin. I ordered the 3 tamales dinner. I love tamales and these were no exception. My husband ordered the king burrito. That's his favorite. No drinks for us, but I know they have good margaritas.
