My experience working at Fire Bar & Grill was disappointing to say the least, due to a lack of organization, poor communication from management, and unrealistic training expectations. Despite having over 8 years of experience in the restaurant business, I was pressured to take a 500-point menu test on my third day, even though the training process was incomplete because I was supposedly needed on my own the next day. On that same day, I was pulled off of expo/food running by a manager, and I stepped up to help on the floor and was complimented by guests for my service. However, my test was never graded that following day and I was later told I “wasn’t a good fit” with no real explanation today. The constant changes in expectations and miscommunication from management made it clear that this workplace lacks proper support from its staff. New hires should be aware that they may be set up to fail due to an unclear training process and inconsistent feedback. I hope management takes steps to improve its training program and provides new hires with a fair opportunity to exceed. This role would be better suited for those who thrive in unstructured environments.

Their gluten free pizza is amazing. Beware their fries are not gf even though they claimed they were (they were battered)

I do really like this place. Food is good and well priced. Nice drink menu. Go early because it gets busy. I love the steak kabobs. Tasty hamburgers. It can get really loud. They have a fantastic new outdoor dining area. Our last visit the potato skins weren't great but you can't hit a home run every time at bat.

Parking: You might have to park farther down but I've always been able to find a spot. Might be hard for handicap parking if you go at a busy time.

This place continues to amaze me. During Covid, we got takeout a lot, the owner himself fixed our order and drove it to our house. Today we were with a group of boys after a football game and my three-year-old scribbled on a receipt as a ‘gift’ for one of the servers and the server made her night with a pink balloon. My daughter was over the moon and that just made our experience that much better. This place is amazing and the food is top-notch! The new outdoor space is money!

Same menu for years, but enjoyed the new outdoor covered patio. A lot less noisy than inside.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Food, Drinks, and Atmosphere!

We had an amazing night at Firebar! The drinks were crafted to perfection—each cocktail had the right balance of flavors and creativity. The dinner was equally impressive; from the appetizers to the main course, every dish was packed with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, perfect for a night out with friends or a cozy dinner date. Kyle & Ryan were attentive and made us feel right at home. Firebar definitely exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommended!

It's a Sports bar, with good bar food and great service. The only thing I missed was ? and condiments.
Atmosphere -- noisy, sports zealots yelling direction to the players on TV? You know that even though you can see and hear them, the players don't know you are even there.
It's what a sports bar is. Fans loving a watch-party with a community of fans.

Came in on a Friday night....wasnt crazy busy....Ordered Nachos and a Long Island Iced Tea. Nachos were meh just package chips, and canned cheese with a few other ingredients....the drink was disgusting. Super sour and didn't taste like it had any liquor in it. Have been here for dinner and it was ok....chances of me coming back anytime soon is minimal.
